Yes! Another house bought, now selling our house. If it were up to me, I’d do it myself. I have a commercial background, could quickly learn from the realtor who sold me a house, so why spend more anyway? My girlfriend had good arguments as to why a realtor would be better and, because of Biemans' free valuation and track record here in the neighborhood, invited Jack. You can easily pick out 5 realtors from a row of 100. Often almost neatly dressed, almost well-groomed, and almost articulate. With Biemans it was strikingly different. Just decent people who finish the details just right. 5 Minutes later? You hear that well in advance. Missed call? Then you'll be called back. It sounds quite logical but unfortunately very rare in 2021. They work simply and modernly. What others can do better (such as the photos), they have fixed partners for, and what they do themselves, they do online, for example. Nevertheless, there is room for customization. I would like to be called after viewing for the report, for example, and that was perfectly possible of course. Quickly but not rushed, they found the right buyer for our house and we were in the office in Made for the signing. A good mix of informal conviviality and professionalism fills the space. After the ceremony of reading and signing, another cup of coffee follows and unnoticed in the background all documents are neatly copied and bound as well as digitally sent. Not required, but just very pleasant. The quality of the documents is also remarkably good. No crooked scans, illegible documents, outdated texts or terrible house style. Just neat, neutral and readable. The owner himself seems stately at first glance (my personal impression). I quickly got rid of that prejudice after a short acquaintance and especially when he comes to hammer in the 'for sale' sign with a hilariously large hammer. Clearly an entrepreneur and hard worker who is constantly looking for how he can add value to his business model. Here: you succeeded well! Not unimportant is his network, such as the financial advisor with whom he shares his office. We have also given him our assignment to arrange our finances and he is remarkably more professional and better informed than many banks or other independent institutions. Summary: Appointment is appointment, professional, friendly and expert. Highly recommended.
