From Spain, we decided to sell our apartment in Made. We approached Ronnie for this and everything went very smoothly. Sold within two weeks, without even having to take photos or incur costs for Funda. All guidance and communication via WhatsApp and Move. Never sold a house without meeting the real estate agent physically, but because we could also arrange a power of attorney, this time we did, and to our complete satisfaction! Negative experience encountered. Mr. Bogaers had/has a property for sale (Made North Brabant) where the viewing was cancelled three times 2 days in advance, because the seller wants to increase the value with adjustments. Very strange situation for a broker who sets an asking price in the sales advertisement and subsequently indicates that this can change and is not leading with respect to the 'market'. During the first phone call, the man said it was clever that we found the property. He had him 'hidden' on his site, according to Mr. Bogaers. Initially understandable, it concerned a silent sale. (Later it turned out that the property had been for sale silently with other local brokers for several years, as revealed by some searching on the internet) I experienced Mr. Bogaers as argumentative on the phone, sometimes even using coarse language (it's a bloody mess/terrible chaos). Unfortunately, this was accompanied by a very nonchalant tone that I felt was disrespectful towards me as a potential buyer. Let it be clear that every broker works on behalf of a seller and cannot break iron with bare hands. Above all, a seller cannot be forced to sell. However, attitude, behavior, respect, and customer friendliness leave much to be desired in this case, Mr. Ronnie Bogaers. I sincerely hope that Bogaers Makelaardij takes the feedback into account for improvement of his services, because unfortunately, based on my experiences with this broker, I cannot substantiate a positive review.
I don't know Ronnie professionally but privately. He comes across to me as someone who likes to deliver good work and is always ready to help.
worthless!!! has no idea what he's doing. I think he never followed a course, not even basic. the paperwork was completely wrong. full of errors and part was from another house. wants to quickly earn money, I guess. gives his own review here. haha, arrogance. tip: look for someone else, skip this one!!!
