This review is specifically for Anoeska. Had a very pleasant experience during a viewing. She is one of the friendliest and most helpful real estate agents I have come across. She goes just an extra step to think along with you and help you. She deserves a big compliment!

We have not had good experiences with this real estate agent. When we put our house up for sale, I had to rewrite the description myself and then urge the agent to put the photos on Funda. After the house was sold, we heard nothing more from the agent and I had to chase the company down to make an appointment with the buyers on the day of the sale. During the key handover, the real estate agent didn't bother to walk through the property with the buyers. Finally, it is customary for the real estate agent to go to the notary together with both parties. However, I heard on the day that they had another appointment and therefore would not be going along. Would definitely not recommend!

We have worked very pleasantly with KIJCK in the sale of our apartment. The communication was excellent, with quick and clear answers to all the questions we had. Although there were initially some challenges with the seller, the team handled these professionally and efficiently, so that everything was resolved smoothly.
