Ilona Wotlhuis Makelaardij in Almere was the selling agent of the apartment that I bought. Pleasant to deal with and expertise, this is what decided me to take her as a selling agent for the sale of my house. Often the complaint is that the buyer only has success if he has a buying agent. I bought without a buying agent. Ilona sold my detached house to my complete satisfaction. It is a small company with lots of personal contact. With larger real estate agencies you are often just a number. Price-quality ratio, I cannot fully assess because I do not know how many hours were put into selling my house but it feels good. I would recommend this agent.
