I would have expected better service from this NVM real estate agent/Bob. He abused his position. In retrospect, this realtor was a bad choice and we should have chosen another and much better and more expert realtor who wouldn't have deceived us so much. He knew in which town we needed to live and which property would be good for us. He also made us submit an offer that was simply unrealistically high. Furthermore, he just nonchalantly went on vacation instead of ensuring my house would be sold quickly and at the best possible price. He also clearly showed that he wasn't interested!
