Via een vriend die uit zijn appartement aan de Strobloemstraat vertrok, ben ik aangedragen als potentiële huurder. 2,5 week nadat hij uit zijn appartement verhuisde, kreeg ik pas een belletje en moest vervolgens mijn gegevens aanleveren. Daarna hoorde ik ruim drie weken niets. Terwijl mijn vrienden al een maand eerder hadden doorgegeven dat de woning leeg zou komen te staan, werd er ontzettend laat contact met mij opgenomen. Vervolgens ontving ik ineens een huurovereenkomst, een planning voor de sleuteloverdracht en de eis om alles binnen 48 uur te ondertekenen en te betalen, zonder dat ik de woning überhaupt had bezichtigd. Dat is ronduit onprofessioneel en op zijn minst opmerkelijk. Daarnaast miste de in het huurcontract genoemde bijlagen, en konden ze mij geen plattegrond van de woning leveren. Kortom, veel te weinig informatie om het contract überhaupt te tekenen. Controleer je contract dus goed! Ook werd er aanvankelijk een hogere huurprijs gehanteerd dan volgens de puntentelling van het WWS gerechtvaardigd was. Dit werd later aangepast, maar dit soort fouten mogen simpelweg niet gebeuren. Let hier dus ook goed op, anders betaal je mogelijk te veel. Toen ik aangaf dat ik de woning eerst wilde bezichtigen voordat ik een contract zou tekenen (wat mij vrij logisch lijkt), werd daar vreemd op gereageerd. Er werd vanuit gegaan dat ik de woning al gezien zou hebben, enkel omdat ik de vorige huurder ken. Terwijl ik meerdere keren duidelijk heb aangegeven dat dit niet het geval was. Toen ik bleef aangeven eerst te willen bezichtigen, werd de druk verder opgevoerd met de mededeling dat de eigenaar baalde van de leegstand en dat de woning anders aan een andere kandidaat zou worden toegewezen. De verantwoordelijkheid voor de ontstane tijdsdruk leek volledig bij mij te worden neergelegd, terwijl er eerder wekenlang geen reactie was geweest. De manier waarop hier druk wordt uitgeoefend en hoe er met potentiële huurders wordt omgegaan, heb ik als zeer onprofessioneel en onzorgvuldig ervaren. Wanneer ik de andere reviews lees, krijg ik de indruk dat mijn ervaring helaas geen uitzondering is. Ontzettend jammer. Juist in de huidige krappe woningmarkt zou zorgvuldige en transparante communicatie vanzelfsprekend moeten zijn.
Duidelijk en netjes gesprek
Dit bureau bestaat uit dieven. Ze hebben mijn geld gestolen. Ze vragen €500 contant als 'bemiddelingskosten', wat illegaal is. Als je van gedachten verandert en besluit het contract niet te tekenen, weigeren ze het geld terug te geven. Omdat ze contant geld eisen en geen ontvangstbewijs geven, kan zelfs de politie je daarna niet helpen. Blijf uit de buurt van dit bureau. Als je geen andere optie hebt en toch met ze in zee gaat, geef dan geen contant geld zonder ontvangstbewijs. Dit is een bende oplichters.
Ik heb een premium account aangeschaft (ondanks het beperkte aanbod in Eindhoven) omdat ik geïnteresseerd was in een appartement aan de Edenstraat. Ik werd uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging, maar het appartement werd uiteindelijk aan iemand anders toegewezen – dat kan gebeuren. Tot mijn verbazing bleef de advertentie echter wekenlang op de website staan, wat verdacht leek en aanvoelde als oplichting. Ik heb hen een e-mail gestuurd om de situatie op te helderen, maar heb nooit een reactie ontvangen. Ik raad dit makelaarskantoor niet aan.
Thieves and liars. RemcoAarts, Christelkoning, brit Iersel, Corinnemertz and Britneyvan herk all recognize scammers and thieves who do not pay back your deposit. You promise in black and white that you will do so and yet give nothing back!! They steal, deceive and are criminals. Meanwhile they steal more money from other tenants because the Huurcommissie, Fraudehelpdesk, pararius and consumer union do not intervene. Nothing is as dangerous as criminals who are ignored and thus released to continue their criminal activities.

Ongelooflijk hoe slecht een makelaarskantoor kan zijn. Ze beantwoorden geen telefoontjes of e-mails. Als ze al opnemen, zeggen ze: "Stuur ons een e-mail." (die ze waarschijnlijk niet lezen). Dit kantoor is er alleen maar om zoveel mogelijk geld voor de verhuurders en het kantoor zelf binnen te houden. Toen ik erin trok, zeiden ze dat het mijn verantwoordelijkheid was om de kamer schoon te maken en dat ik er woonde, niet zij. De enige beloftes en afspraken die ze nakomen, zijn het jaarlijks verhogen van de huur met een bepaald percentage. Gebroken glas? RNC Wonen woont er niet, dus geen probleem. Afval van de verhuurder? Geen probleem. Gooi het maar weg, dan zullen we je er later dankbaar voor zijn. Het enige dat hier (soms) werkte, was ze blijven lastigvallen om hun werk te doen, wat niet altijd werkt als ze je negeren.
Hartelijk dank aan het team van RNC Wonen! Ze waren beleefd, stipt en boden een fantastische service.

Asking for 35 euros, with (among other things) this promise on the website: 'Unique approach: Our offer is fully tailored to your personal preferences.' Nothing of that is true, they don't know what I earn or what I am looking for. And they also don't bother to find out. I am simply allowed to respond to properties they have in stock. The property that could be suitable for me was long gone. Subsequently a difficult phone conversation. Ultimately, as far as I’m concerned, it’s a money grab! 1/5 because 0 stars is not possible.

Very positive experience with rnc living. I lived here for three years during my student years in the city center of Tilburg. For a good price, I had a spacious studio where everything was well maintained. You hardly see that anymore in the current housing market. They really give students a chance here, while other landlords almost don't give students a chance due to their extremely strict requirements, rnc living does. Also, the landlord would come by every so often to check if everything was alright. This really gives an impression of safety and trust.
Due to an unfortunate situation in my student house, a new landlord engaged RNC Wonen to rent out the property. To make as much money as possible from the vacant rooms, we were informed that migrant workers would be moving in. After always choosing roommates ourselves for years, this came as an unpleasant surprise. There was no room for consultation, because 'this is what the owner wants.' In addition, communication from RNC Wonen was deficient. We were hardly informed about the status of affairs and only told that the migrant workers would arrive at the beginning of November. Afterwards, it turned out to be mainly a way to get us out of the house faster – which they succeeded in doing – since the migrant workers ultimately did not arrive at the beginning of November. The migrant workers would not come until after our departure, because they wanted to renovate the house first. RNC Wonen showed serious negligence during this process and had absolutely no understanding for our situation.
Wij zijn een stel dat een appartement wilde huren om daar een stabiel leven op te bouwen, en dat is precies wat dit bedrijf voor ons heeft gedaan. Met name Stefan, die de bezichtiging met ons heeft gedaan, verdient een speciale dank. Hij heeft me zelfs in het weekend geholpen en alles verliep prima. Tot nu toe heb ik geen klachten over dit bedrijf. Mocht er toch iets misgaan, dan zal ik hier een update plaatsen. Maar voorlopig is Stefan echt een goede professional.
