This also applies to the rest of the team. They were also present at the final inspection (at 8:00 AM!) and at the transfer with the notary. The brochure of the house was neat, the photos very beautiful and realistic. In short: it costs something but then you get everything you would expect.

Nicole is truly a professional and she takes that extra step! She has extensive knowledge and expertise in the buying and selling of (large) properties in rural areas. In addition to the general knowledge from the field that you would expect from a real estate agent, she also has a lot of knowledge about types of (outbuildings) and (agricultural) land. Both agricultural and private. I cannot speak for another. But the son of Noud (Noud has unfortunately passed away) had our house with a very large garage ridiculously undervalued. For a garage where almost 2 cars can fit, with an attic, water connection, electricity, heating and excellent insulation, he valued it at 6000 euros. Totally missed the mark.

Arrives late to viewings and treats the purchasing party carelessly. Withholds information that the selling party has clearly communicated. Not recommended as a real estate agent!! This is also reflected in the sparse offering compared to other agents.

A good realtor and good service

For years we have had most of our insurance policies and mortgages here. When I walk in here, I feel more than just a customer.

Several years ago, a verbally agreed-upon agreement for the purchase of a house fell through, allegedly because the seller didn't have a good feeling. Later it turned out that a second bidder had appeared in the meantime and offered a higher price. This real estate agent did not distance himself from the party involved and stated that he supposedly had no influence on this. As far as I am concerned, this is a real estate agent who does not keep his word and has kept us away from them ever since.

Fast, short communication lines. Good assessment of the market which resulted in the house being sold quickly.
