Prima verloop van de verkoop, ondanks dat de eerste koper een week voor de overdracht de koop annuleerde werd er direct snel gehandeld waardoor er binnen 5 dagen een nieuwe bezichtiging en daarmee een nieuwe verkoop is gesloten.

Het contact met de makelaar was goed. Regelmatig nam zij de stand van zaken met mij door betreffende de verkoop. Alles was prima geregeld.

De makelaar was heel makkelijk benaderbaar, deed wat ze beloofde en benaderde ons op sympathieke wijze. Ook de adviezen van de financiële man waarderen we zeer: we hebben er veel van geleerd en hij was altijd voor vragen bereikbaar.
