Instead of offering a simple new appointment, his communication was unnecessarily rude. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while, and professionalism is important in a customer-oriented role. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with Misha. But to be honest, other agents from the office might do well.

Recently I bought a house and De Huizenbemiddelaar was the selling real estate agent. We had an awful experience with them because the agent did not perform the basic tasks that he should have done. There were several leaks in the house when we took possession of it, and neither our agent nor the selling agent addressed the problem. All I heard from them was that the owners were unavailable and that they handed over the house with all their discarded furniture which they no longer needed. It would have been courteous to take their belongings with them and hand over a clean property. Be careful when choosing this real estate agent, whether you are a seller or buyer.
