A little over a month ago, an appointment was made for an introductory sales consultation. 10 minutes past the agreed time, there was still no one. After a phone call, I was assured that ‘Tamara was on her way and had left plenty of time, so she should be there soon’. After half an hour, still no one.. again called back and then the truth came out: due to an ‘internal error’, there was actually no appointment at all. Very sloppy.. UPDATE BASED ON RESPONSE FROM RAMON MOSSEL We agreed on a date and time, after which you did indeed send me a confirmation, but it was incorrect! (See photos) Unless of course it’s my job to check if your confirmation emails match previous correspondence. In that case, it's my fault! So such a pedantic response as below seems out of place. Painful.

Terrible experience. The realtor Indra called us to celebrate that we had won the highest bid, but ultimately called us three days after the final deadline/decision to tell us that we have lost the house because they accepted a rebid from someone who did not win. I think there are no rules at this real estate company.

24-02 called to make an appointment. Was told I would have a viewing on 25-02. Confirmation would come via phone or mail on the respective day. On 25-02 received a call that some things needed to be arranged with the current tenant. I would be called for an appointment once this was settled. After not receiving any response for a long time after 06-03, I decided to call myself. Then I was told that viewings had already taken place and the respective property had already been rented out. I find this very sloppy and unprofessional. Also, no consideration was given to possible help or advice for an alternative.
