This created an unprofessional impression and caused a lot of discussion and frustration leading up to the delivery. For example, the number of m2 did not match, but was randomly taken from a previous sale, naturally to the disadvantage of the buyer, they were unaware of an old moisture problem, and it was not noticed that the central heating system was incomplete. The fact that every email from Arjan contained a shockingly high number of language and grammar errors also didn't help maintain trust. In short, a very disappointing experience.
