Acted as a rental agent/intermediary party for the rental of an apartment. They suddenly came with a final settlement that was easily demonstrably incorrect. Instead of checking the calculation, you receive no response for months, followed by payment reminders and threats. Ultimately had to visit in person and also encountered the rudeness and incompetence of Laurinda there. How can you send invoices if you cannot calculate yourself and do not understand it?
