Of all the conversations I've had, I felt most with Andre that he would pull out all the stops to advocate for you; his network is also naturally very large, so he could advise me well even outside of Groningen. Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?!
