Zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk en altijd beschikbaar. Zou het absoluut aanbevelen!

Het begon allemaal goed toen we vanuit het buitenland verhuisden. Het huis dat we huurden was oud met een paar problemen die ik met de eigenaar heb opgelost. Nadat we waren ingetrokken en een heel jaar huur vooraf hadden betaald, heeft FCH nooit contact met ons opgenomen om te zien of alles in orde was. Geen probleem voor mij. Nu komt het verhuizen en de sleuteloverdracht… Ik heb met Jaimy te maken gehad, wat ‘fout’ was vanaf het moment dat ik de deur opende. Tijdens de eindcontrole waren ALLE cheques groen gemarkeerd MAAR het huis was niet professioneel schoongemaakt, net zoals het huis niet professioneel was schoongemaakt toen we er kwamen wonen. Er werd mij grof gezegd dat ik ervoor had getekend….van 5000 km verderop. Ik kreeg toen een schoonmaakkosten van € 1440 opgegeven. Om een ​​lang verhaal kort te maken (nu ik mijn borg op mijn rekening heb staan) is het huis voor €300 professioneel schoongemaakt via een fantastisch schoonmaakbedrijf genaamd Ready to Clean. Tip: zorg ervoor dat je van ALLES foto's maakt als je de sleutels van het huis meeneemt!!! Wanneer u het contract tekent, tekent u voor een professioneel schoongemaakt huis. Teken niet als u vindt dat het niet schoon is en laat geen professional langskomen om het voor u te controleren!! We waren 5000 km verwijderd toen we het contract tekenden. De eigenaar van het huis was fantastisch, jammer dat FCH dat niet is. Ik ben uiteindelijk degene die hun vergoeding betaalt Wanneer u verhuist, raad ik ten zeerste aan om de woning te laten reinigen door Ready to Clean. Noem First Class Housing en zij zullen weten wat ze moeten doen. Doe dit VOOR de eindcontrole!! Accepteer niet dat FCH een “professionele grondige schoonmaak” regelt, aangezien u een groot deel, zo niet de hele borgsom, verliest!!

Wij maken al meer dan 10 jaar gebruik van de diensten van First Class Housing voor de verhuur van ons huis. Wij zijn enorm blij met hun volledige steun en ervaring. Mijn persoonlijke ervaring is echt slecht! NOG NOOIT ZO'N ONPROFESSIONELE EN RUDE AGENT GEZIEN! Steph is extreem onbeleefd en wil geen details geven, tenzij er meerdere keren om wordt gevraagd! Ook als het gaat om het retourneren van aanbetalingen, spelen ze vals en noemen ze problemen die zich tijdens de overdracht voordeden. Wees uiterst voorzichtig als je met haar te maken krijgt, en zorg ervoor dat alle foto's duidelijk zijn! ZOU NIET AANBEVOLEN!!
