What started as an informal conversation ended up being a whirlwind. Two weeks after we had an informal conversation about selling our house, we found our new home on funda. We had chosen this real estate agent for the sale of our apartment due to the good reviews. Unfortunately, not all of our experiences were positive. On a certain day, there were too many viewers booked at the same time within a short period, with insufficient staffing/supervision from Mooij. Afterwards, I noticed that my cupboards had been looked into (and these were not items of furniture left behind), which I found very unpleasant. I had just expressed my concerns beforehand. Many items that were in plain sight had also already been removed. It also happened that an appointment for a viewing was made and no one from Mooij was present at that time, and they were unreachable by phone for a long time. Ultimately, I myself had to conduct the viewing with an interested buyer.

Everything was well organized and sold quickly. It all had some issues but here too it was handled professionally and communicated well. Great girls!
