She reacted very enthusiastically and could even join the viewing. It was lovely to have her there, as I had never bought a house before. Monique guides you through the entire process and gives you daily tips and todo's via the app. I am sure that we would not have 'won' the bid without her and wouldn't have our dream home which we now do. 02 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

After a year of searching and constantly being outbid, we had given up, more than a year later we contacted them again and Dennis and Johnno immediately had time to start the search again, with incredibly good advice and most importantly not to make a hasty decision I can certainly say that they are there to help and that this should also be the driving force! 05 Mar 2025We had chosen this real estate agent for the sale of our apartment due to the good reviews. Unfortunately, not all of our experiences were positive. On a certain day, there were too many viewers booked at the same time within a short period, with insufficient staffing/supervision from Mooij. Afterwards, I noticed that my cupboards had been looked into (and these were not items of furniture left behind), which I found very unpleasant. I had just expressed my concerns beforehand. Many items that were in plain sight had also already been removed. It also happened that an appointment for a viewing was made and no one from Mooij was present at that time, and they were unreachable by phone for a long time. Ultimately, I myself had to conduct the viewing with an interested buyer.
