Van Wijnen greatly helped us in buying our first little house. We met each other at the first viewing (of ultimately quite a few properties because our budget was limited). We also had a conversation which gave us a good picture of what we could and couldn't expect, and so that Van Wijnen knew what our wishes were. We felt comfortable and helped where needed in our search. Gerard (our purchasing agent) is dedicated, thoughtful, and made our house hunt more enjoyable. Thanks to his knowledge and, of course, a bit of luck, we were able to find our first perfect spot. It was also very nice that we could arrange everything related to the mortgage with Van Wijnen, thanks to Richard's help. Because everything was together, this went smoothly and stress-free.
