Very poor communication and long waiting times. We also couldn't agree on the selling price, which in my opinion was set much too low. In the meantime, I have attracted the sale to myself and I already have 2 bids above my asking price. Poor assessment of this agency! But I am particularly unhappy with the communication because they simply don't reply to emails. And I had been in contact with them since June and they could only come by for a viewing at the end of August. In short, I would not recommend this real estate agent.

Not informed by email about an appointment for a viewing, nor was a Move account created. We both heard this appointment over the phone and noted it correctly in our calendars! Subsequently, after almost an hour of driving, we were called to say that we had a viewing at a different time than agreed upon. When we arrive at the house, we are received very unfriendly by a lout of a realtor who casually asks if we want to wait another hour! While my husband has to go back to work immediately after the appointment. No way! Then we have to do a double viewing with another client, and absolutely no attention is given to us as customers. Tip: If you are a realtor making appointments with clients, then properly incorporate that into your administration and at least inform the customer by email about the correct time! And one more tip: don't take huge wide-angle photos of the rooms that completely distort the space, that’s very misleading! And be well informed as a realtor about what is in the questionnaire. This is not how you sell a house, it’s not good for either party in the sales process! We certainly won’t be returning to this realtor.

After incorrectly measuring the property, it wasn't put on sale until weeks later. Asking price far too high and adjusted too often. Subsequently, a much too low opening bid was accepted without consultation with us. Oh yes, luckily we did take out a bridging loan, despite being advised not to! All in all, not what we expected.

Biggest scammer filth Gerrit Evink

Unfortunately, I do not have a good experience with Evink & Petrovic Makelaars. During the rental of my home, I had to send many emails for maintenance on the property. It took 7 months before any action was taken after I formally notified them. Also, the problems that I had in the house were still not resolved, but never mind that. The lease agreement states that after termination of the lease agreement, the deposit will be refunded within two months. Gerrit does not adhere to this either. His own words were 'I do it my way' and 'are you in financial need or something, that you want it back so quickly?'. A lease agreement is made to set agreements on paper. But Gerrit Evink doesn’t care about that. He does it his own way and therefore does not adhere to the agreed-upon terms stated in the contract. Also, the contract stated that administrative costs would be deducted from the deposit. Legally, this is not even allowed and the administrative costs must be recovered from the landlord / owner of the property. I am sure that if I hadn’t started talking about this, these costs would have been deducted from my deposit. Now it's just a matter of waiting to see when I get my deposit back. In any case, it is taking longer than two months after termination of the lease.
