Piet Warmerdam Real Estate quickly and efficiently handled the sale of our house. After our initial consultation, the photos and sales texts were created within 1 week. An inspection for the energy label was also arranged. And during our vacation, all initial viewings took place. We received a daily phone update. We were also well guided during the bidding process. Our house was sold with great enthusiasm by Warmerdam. We are very satisfied with the guidance, speed, thoroughness and the final selling price. They are very unfriendly on the phone. Posting a search request makes no sense because they won't contact you anyway. After giving my search request three times, there was finally a lady who said that it actually doesn’t make sense to place one because nothing is done with it. That explained why I had never heard anything from them. They could have just said so at the beginning or simply not accept search requests! *Reaction to the response of the real estate agent because I can't post anything underneath: Two years ago, I placed a search request with you containing the requirements that municipalities set for dog daycare on a plot. Last year, I called to ask why I never received any referrals from you, only to be told that there was no search request in your system from me. I then repeated my wishes and immediately asked if you had anything in your file and asked if I could hire you or something for my search request. No, was the answer. A month ago, I called you again because I was referred via Achterweg 14 in Noordwijk. I asked why no contact had been made with me about the plot in question, only to be told that there was no search request from me in your system? I was very surprised and disappointed by this. Now another party is working on this lot while it would have been extremely suitable for my business.
