They had 1 task: to appraise a house for an nhg validation. This was a clear question. He appraised the house 5000 euros higher. This joke costs me a lot of hassle. And naturally, much more money. He thought he was doing a good thing was his answer. Thanks for nothing. He was very friendly. But I am dissatisfied. To prevent other people from experiencing this. The report is fine, but the communication left much to be desired. Due to a malfunction, the report could not be delivered within 7 days, which can happen, but communicate that to your client. I had to constantly take the initiative for contact. Furthermore, appointments were always made that weren't kept and I had to chase them up myself. In short, it took more than 7 days but a month and a half before we received the appraisal report. No apology or compensation afterwards either. A shame.

As an appraiser, they offer competitive prices but with makelaarsplein you go from bad to worse. Marko doesn't keep appointments and sends reminders for neatly paid invoices. Not even mentioning the quality of the appraisal report. I found this company downright bad. Not recommended in my opinion.

Ik wilde een huis kopen. De makelaars van Makelaarsplein bieden een woning aan voor hun klant. Ik vind dat men erg arrogant reageerde en verzaakte een bod (flink boven de vraagprijs) door te geven aan haar opdrachtgever. Termijnen om te reageren werd volgens mij doelbewust niet nageleefd. Dit is frustrerend voor de koper, echter, ik ben van mening dat hun opstelling ook niet in belang is van haar klant(en). Ik heb, puur uit frustratie over hun werkwijze, mijn bod ingetrokken en mijn huizenjacht voortgezet. Wanneer Makelaatsplein een huis aanbied, zal ik het negeren! TOEVOEGING nav hun reactie. Ze schrijven onwaarheden. Nee, ik belde NIET om een afspraak. Hoefde ik ook niet, dat wilde ik ook niet. Ik belde voor een bod. Dit bod moest ik maar per email doen. Dus ik deed een bod per email en gaf aan dat ik graag een reactie wilde voor einde vd dag. Dit is niet de procedure die deze makelaar voor ogen had. Men besluit niet te antwoorden binnen gestele termijn. Dat is al een statement op zich. Vervolgens belt men nadat de termijn verstreken was op en geeft men aan dat ze het bod NIET hebben doorgegeven aan de verkoper. Nu komt de contradictie, daar ze aangeven in hun reactie dat ze geen bezichtigingen plannen, willen ze nu wel een bezichtiging plannen! Ik bedank daar voor! Ik laat nameljk mijn bod niet werken om voor andere kopers de prijs verder op te laten drijven. Mijn bod was namelijk al vervallen toen deze makelaar NIET reageerde op het bod. Wat hier aan de hand is, is er duidelijk. Ze hebben een stategie voor ogen waar men niet van af wil wijken. "We lopen al 25 jaar mee"...Dus kunnen zich deze arrogantie permiteren. Dit is uiteraard mijn gedachten en mening. Als koper verwacht ik dat, als er ruim over de vraagprijs geboden wordt, dit serieus genomen wordt en de opdrachtgever direct op de hoogte gesteld wordt en haar mening vraagt. Dit heeft men geweigerd. Het is bezwaarlijk wanneer zo'n bod niet wordt doorgegeven aan de verkoper. Niet goed voor deze verkoper en ook niet voor andere of toekomstige verkopers denk ik. Ik verfoei deze werkwijze en zal geen contact meer met deze makelaar opnemen. Ik voel me onbehoorlijk behandeld.
