Linda is pleasant to deal with and helpful. This house and the circumstances weren't an easy job, but it was still achieved. There was only a large difference between the selling price and the final yield, but that was because something seen as an advantage in the house turned out to be a disadvantage for many interested parties.

Hired by a competing heir who stopped at nothing to have the appraisal exactly tailored to the client's wishes. Totally not market-compliant and much worse, not validated by/with an affiliated industry association CHF, NVM, VBO and vastgoedPRO, real estate agents and mortgage guarantee fund for owner-occupied homes. Very bad experience with this realtor and be prepared that if you file a complaint they will simply ignore everything and fail to respond, hence 1 star while it should actually be 0. Viewing scheduled for Thursday. On Wednesday we were called to say that the house had already been sold.. then the seller is told that the real estate agent contacted everyone who had a viewing scheduled to ask what these people would potentially want to offer. This was never asked of us! Vijgen real estate agency is anything but reliable.

Pickée real estate is a real recommendation! Also recommendable as e.g. appraiser! Since we have already had Pickée Real Estate in the past for purchase/sale and appraisals, this will also be the case in the future.

I bought a property through Pickée Makelaardij that was sold from an estate. Although I knew that this type of purchase brings extra risks, I at least expected the realtor to be willing to think along when there were direct defects upon handover, such as a leaking shower, which seriously hinders the normal use of the property. Unfortunately, Pickée was completely unwilling to do anything or even consider a reasonable solution, despite the defect becoming apparent immediately after handover. Everything was legally nitpicked, without any empathy or service. Especially disappointing because I bid significantly above the asking price. I understand that a realtor represents the seller, but this kind of hard stance towards the buyer (who is notably also a client in the process) says a lot about the mentality and customer orientation of this office. In short: are you a buyer with Pickée? Be warned. You're completely on your own.

'My experience with this realtor was absolutely disappointing. When we wanted to buy a property through them, we were excited by the photos and description. However, after the purchase, we discovered significant damage to the roof and foundation that had not been mentioned. It turned out that the realtor was aware of this but simply concealed it. When we contacted them, no responsibility was taken and we only received vague answers. It seemed as if they were only interested in closing the deal, without any concern for the buyer. This unprofessional attitude has cost me a lot of time, money and stress. I therefore strongly advise against using this realtor!!'
