Klantvriendelijk, eerlijk en transparant. Helaas is de koop niet doorgegaan maar ik kan deze makelaar iedereen aanbevelen. Wij blijven op zoek naar een woning en hopelijk via Hofstede Makelaardij Werkendam. Bedankt voor alles tot nu toe.

Ondanks dat wij niet bij Hofstede Makelaardij Werkendam ons huis hebben gekocht, zijn wij wel erg tevreden over dit kantoor. We hebben een aantal bezichtigingen gehad bij makelaar Kimberly. Tijdens deze bezichtigingen werden we op een zeer prettige, vriendelijke, kalme en gastvrije manier ontvangen en rondgeleid. We kregen de ruimte om vragen te stellen en op een later moment nog contact te hebben. Ook werd er later nog meegedacht met ons, toen er een huis beschikbaar zou komen en nog niet online stond. Wij raden Hofstede Werkendam dus zeker aan!

Wij als kopers hebben het het contact met Hofstede makelaardij Werkendam als zeer positief ervaren. Wij hadden contact met makelaar Kimberley de Kluijver-Boom en wij kunnen niet anders zeggen dat Kimberley een heel aardig en positief persoon is waar wij goed mee konden overleggen en ook de communicatie via e-mail en whatsapp heel erg goed was. Kimberley staat voor haar vak en dat is heel goed te merken. Kimberley was zelfs buiten kantooruren bereid om te antwoorden op vragen en dat hoeft natuurlijk niet maar hebben we erg gewaardeerd. Als wij in de toekomst een makelaar nodig hebben dan weten wij waar we terecht kunnen.

Totally unreliable in my opinion. This man casually charges 695 for purchase guidance for 3 hours of work. The service provided me with absolutely no added value.
