Good indications of what easy and low-hanging fruit there was to improve the facade. Transparency about expected costs was given right away. The market is very uncertain and volatile as a starter and André's guidance in this regard is very good; he was involved, easily accessible, and also came up with the perfect assessment for the bid we had to make on the house we wanted. He indicated that with that bid we probably wouldn't be the highest bidders, but due to the other conditions, such as clearing out the house, the profile as starters etc., it might well be possible. We went along with this strategy, and it got us the house. What is also very nice is that you get the honest story; André is clear, straightforward, everything is negotiable. In short, top realtor, recommended!
