Very professional real estate agent, good guidance during the sales process. No nice words but a realistic view of the market.

The lady has a tendency to come across as belittling and expresses herself negatively. Advice is of course welcome, but the way of presenting it may be a bit more positive or constructive.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the extremely unfriendly, inappropriate and unprofessional behavior of this somewhat older lady this morning.

An expert and friendly guidance. René is a calm, friendly expert in the region. Vera also listens excellently to the customer’s wishes and they have created a presentation using beautiful and sharp (3D-) images and photos + text used on funda. Potential buyers came for viewings within 1 week, and the sale took place quickly.

I would not recommend this realtor. We chose Anna's Makelaardij because of its small size and good ratings on Funda. The realtor is friendly and accommodating in communication. The initial estimate of the selling price proved to be incorrect. We relied too much on their supposed expertise, which may have delayed the sale and resulted in a lower return than expected. In my opinion, sufficient anticipation of current market developments was lacking. Organizing viewing moments for potential buyers is handled appropriately. Negotiation strategy, sales options, regular feedback on progress or feedback from potential buyers often had to come from us as sellers. There was little proactive feedback and little initiative.

Tijdens het gehele traject ben ik ontzettend goed geholpen. Het contact met de hypotheek adviseur Mohammed was professioneel, duidelijk en vooral prettig. Alles werd rustig uitgelegd en er werd echt meegedacht om tot een oplossing te komen. Ook de samenwerking met zijn collega Salah. verliep uitstekend. Ze schakelden snel, hielden me goed op de hoogte en namen veel zorgen uit handen. Daarnaast was het verzekeringsadvies top geregeld. Betrouwbare partij met veel kennis!

As a novice, I didn't know how to get everything sorted out. Ben from A to Z guided by strategies. My experience with this office was very bad. After signing the contract and making the payment, communication proceeded extremely slowly. Maintenance issues were only resolved after months.
