For me, it was important that we all take things slowly, because due to my health, I wasn't allowed to have any stress at all during the past period. The real estate agent really guided me well and also the buyers, who needed a bit longer to get approval for their financing. The price is disappointing, but I don't think that's the fault of the real estate agent…..

The real estate agent was the selling agent for an apartment that I recently purchased. And I can safely say that they are absolutely not professional. A few things they did: 1. They didn't deliver the apartment as stated in the contract and said (I didn't mark it) 2. They accused us of breaking a faucet during the inspection. 3. Every time we argued about something, they didn't talk to me but to the owner. I would not recommend them to represent you.

What a worthless company; Prismaat Beverwijk. They advertise with a plot of land for rent, let me come twice to view the site and then don't hear from them anymore. The moment you start asking for information yourself, you are treated like an annoying person who shouldn’t ask too many questions. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them!
