A few days in this lovely tiny house to unwind. Nicely furnished with everything you need. Parking on the yard space to unload everything and be able to put a chair in the sun everywhere with a beautiful view over the meadow. We only had sunshine, but with rain you can perfectly sit inside with 2 people. By bike or by car you are quickly in the center for groceries or to visit the evening market in the summer months. Look up when these are or ask upon arrival. The owner's dog, a Bernese Mountain Dog, is very sweet and you only see him occasionally.

Ik raad dit bedrijf ten zeerste af, vooral niet aan studenten. Mensen van dit bedrijf bieden ook verhuur aan voor studenten. Ik was een van hen. Ik woonde in het huis dat ten onrechte werd aangeprezen als studentenhuis. Er waren echter ook niet-studenten aanwezig. Ook al gold er een nultolerantie voor drugs in huis, toch waren deze huurders vaak onder invloed. Eén van hen werd herhaaldelijk agressief. Ik heb meerdere keren om hulp gevraagd, maar het bedrijf ondernam nooit actie. Bovendien vertelde een agent me, voordat het contract werd getekend, dat er een kleine renovatie gepland staat. Het moest snel gaan en er was mij ook beloofd dat er aan het einde een gootsteen zou komen, dus ik ging akkoord met de renovatie. Helaas eindigde de renovatie niet snel, maar duurde het maanden. Tijdens de werkzaamheden was het huis vreselijk vies, voortdurend gevuld met stof en raakte een van de ramen kapot, waardoor de koude lucht het huis binnenkwam. Er werd mij beloofd dat de daardoor veroorzaakte extra stookkosten zouden worden gecompenseerd, maar aan het einde van mijn huurcontract zag de makelaar er vanaf en deed alsof hij zich er niets van herinnerde. Er gingen meerdere dingen in huis kapot, zoals een wasmachine en een droger. Wij hadden ook een lekkage aan het dak. De droger is tijdens mijn huurperiode nooit gerepareerd, het heeft maanden geduurd. Hetzelfde met de lekkage. We vroegen om een reparatie, vooral omdat het in de winter gebeurde en daardoor de verwarmingskosten omhoog gingen omdat het huis de warmte niet kon vasthouden. Opnieuw kregen we de steun niet, en het dak kon pas gerepareerd worden na weken en weken van smeken om hulp. Ten slotte had ik, nadat ik was verhuisd, moeite om mijn aanbetaling te ontvangen. Ik kreeg het ruim na de uitgerekende datum. De agent vertelde me dat de ziekte van de zus van de agent de reden was dat de aanbetaling niet werd verzonden. Ik denk niet dat het een professionele en geen juridische verklaring is. Mijn algehele huurervaring was verschrikkelijk. Ik werd genegeerd, de regels waren niet transparant. Er werd mij bijvoorbeeld verteld dat ik drie maanden opzegtermijn moest hebben om te verhuizen, ook al zegt de wet dat ik er maar één mag opzeggen. Er was ook een tijd dat een van de agenten dreigde dat ze de helft van mijn borgsom zouden innen vanwege de stookkosten. Eventuele extra kosten zou ik uiteraard betalen, maar ik heb tijdens mijn huurperiode nooit de rekeningen voor elektriciteit, verwarming enz. gekregen. Ik ben nog maar een student, dit was mijn allereerste ervaring met huren. Ik raad de diensten van dit bedrijf niet aan.
