Several things in the house broke, such as a washing machine and a dryer. We also had a leak in the roof. The dryer was never repaired during my rental period, it took months. The same applied to the leak. We asked for a repair, especially because it happened in winter and the heating costs increased as the house could not retain heat. Again, we did not get help, and the roof was only repaired after weeks of begging for help. Finally, after I had moved out, I had difficulty getting my deposit back. I received it much too late. The agent told me that the reason the deposit had not been transferred was his sister's illness. I don't think this is a professional, but a legal explanation. My overall rental experience was terrible. I was ignored, the rules were not transparent. For example, I was told that I had to observe a three-month notice period, while the law says I can only withdraw one month. One of the agents also once threatened to withhold half my deposit due to heating costs. I would naturally pay all extra costs, but I never received the bills for electricity, heating, etc. during my rental period. I'm still just a student, this was my very first rental experience. I do not recommend the services of this company.
