I had 2 viewings through Ridder Huizen, the contact beforehand went smoothly. It's also very nice that you can simply send an app message if they are not reachable. Arjen provides clear and honest information about the homes. Unfortunately, I didn't get a home, but was recently contacted because a property had come onto the market. In other words, Arjen and the agency remain involved in my search.

Arjen and Saskia fantastically helped me with the sale of my house. They take you through every step of the sales process, even despite the fact that I regularly hung up on the line completely unnecessarily stressed, and they take the time for you. Arjen doesn't come with crazy selling prices or quick turnaround times to get your signature, but gives his honest opinion based on his market knowledge, which is nice.

Do you want to buy a house? Then DO NOT go to this real estate agent. Why?! Because they call back only 5 days later, after you have called them multiple times to schedule a viewing. The first time they say you are the first one who called for that house and 5 days later you receive an email saying there is no more room and you are placed on a reserve list. Oh yes, and if the real estate agent responds. The viewing list was full at 4:00 PM (they now say), but we had already called to make an appointment before that time. That it took them 5 days to call back after receiving repeated phone calls from us is a disgrace!!

And apparently, that only attracts a genuinely interested buyer. Strange, isn't it? He knew the buying realtor!!! (asking price was below market price and DETERMINED by Mr. Jansen because his commission was a fixed amount so independent of the price of the house)
