Ik heb 16 maanden in Teylersplein 2 in Nieuwveen gewoond. Ze verhuren appartementen met isolatie- en lekkageproblemen zonder enige scrupules. Je zit er ijskoud in de winter en je roostert er van de hitte in de zomer. De koelkast heeft geen vriesvak. De buren maken lawaai en ze doen er niets aan om het te stoppen. Er staan ​​de hele dag vuilniszakken buiten. Dit gebouw was vroeger een bankkantoor en heeft allerlei problemen die normale woongebouwen niet hebben. Vermijd dit gebouw.

Prettig en vriendelijk contact gehad gedurende het hele verkoopproces. Mijn woning is uiteindelijk succesvol verkocht, waar ik blij mee ben. Wel had ik op sommige momenten wat meer proactiviteit en betrokkenheid verwacht op het gebied van marketing en zichtbaarheid. Daardoor voelde het soms een beetje afwachtend. Maar al met al een goede ervaring.

A somewhat late review. We thought we were buying a house of 124 m², and even after many questions and calculations which showed that the dimensions did not add up, it became clear that they had incorrectly listed the size on Funda; it should have been 117 m². Years later, we brought the house up to the expected size ourselves, but the asking price was absolutely much higher than it should have been, without any compensation. Later on, it also turned out that there were various things broken, which had not been reported. Be careful with this real estate agent and always double-check everything with a reliable intermediary.

The communication is on a high level, and also nice personally, yet again discreet. They have purchased another home for me and sold my current home. This was a particular assignment in this challenging market. My wishes for an apartment in the center of Alkmaar were not easy. Also, the sale of my rather special villa in Heerhugowaard was not easy. Yet these two stars managed to get the best price from the market, both in the purchase and sale. The entire process went perfectly. I am extremely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend Samenmakelaardij.

Heeft de mond vol van zorgplicht, maar... Gedurende de 3 maanden (!) na het tekenen van de opdracht en het aanleveren van de stukken, geeft Kleinhout, na herhaald aandringen, statusupdates dat een hypotheekaanvraag voor een zelfstandig ondernemer altijd lastig is en hij geen concreet tijdspad kan geven. Uiteindelijk komt hij tot de verbluffende conclusie dat een hypotheek mogelijk is, maar er nog aanvullende stukken nodig zijn. Een geraadpleegde andere tussenpersoon, vond mijn situatie juist erg overzichtelijk en had de hypotheekaanvraag bij dezelfde verstrekker binnen 3 weken rond zonder aanvullende stukken. Kleinhout heeft zijn zorgplicht verzaakt maar wil wel betaald worden, gaat niet in op een redelijke afkoopsom en snapt niet dat hij het in hem gestelde vertrouwen geschonden heeft met zijn vage en kennelijk onjuiste voorstelling van zaken.

Lex handled the purchase in 2017 and the sale and purchase of our house in 2022. A great real estate agent, truly a seasoned professional. Extremely knowledgeable and skilled about houses, can skillfully play the 'game' with other agents etc. Also has extensive knowledge regarding mortgages.

In the aftercare of purchasing our house, Lex Kleinhout prepared our tax return. This went well, but unfortunately, Lex requested a preliminary return for the next tax year without asking us. We are now more than one and a half years further and still struggling with the tax authorities, from whom we receive a preliminary refund. It is difficult to revert something like this to the regular annual return. This is ultimately something that we must resolve ourselves, but we find it very unprofessional that something like this was done without consultation by Mr. Kleinhout.

We purchased a new-build home where the mediation went through this office. We really experienced this negatively on multiple fronts. The communication is extremely poor and terrible. Below are some concrete examples: The initial contact was good. During the subsequent signing appointment, things went downhill. Everything happened very quickly and superficially in terms of explanation regarding material that was all new to us. A lot remained unclear and the intermediary was not patient. We expected to receive advice on the rough construction and finishing work. We had a general idea but would have liked to be informed about the possibilities. No advice during the conversation. The motto was 'what you want', so the conversation ended after 15 minutes. After 8 months, there was an initial viewing day and meeting the neighbors. What was presented? Absolutely nothing! Only the pipes of the heat pumps. Q1 2023 was the prognosis and we were already in the summer of 2022. As of this writing, the completion date is still unknown. It would be before the autumn break but that is less than 8 weeks away, so expect chaos because it will suddenly happen quickly or delivery after the autumn break. Then we are in Q3. Be honest as a company so people can at least plan. If it's after the autumn break, fine, but then people can at least coordinate. Now no one knows anything! Note that forecasting and communicating about a small project of 25 houses doesn't have to be this difficult. I would never buy a house here again.

Review adjusted following communication with the organization, explaining in more detail how the lines of communication work. Ultimately, I think that Hofzicht is an organization that wants to solve/address your problem with the best intentions in the world, but often depends on a builder. Because some builders do not/poorly cooperate or respond, it seems as if there's no progress at all. For me personally, it would have been better to be open about certain problems, where they are unable to move forward with the builder. That creates clarity and gives me, as a customer, more of a feeling that our contact person at the real estate agent really wants to bridge the gap between the buyer and the builder. Now it often felt like a 'computer says no'. I also agree with the further comments from As Laan in the other reviews. Hopefully you can do something with this, and I wish you much success in the future.

They are scammers.

A group of scammers trying to extort brokerage fees for a rental property without any agreement. Besides the fact that double brokerage fees are against the law, they still had the audacity to send an invoice of a few hundred euros. Very sad how they try to scam people this way. Don't fall for it. They occasionally create a new profile on Google My Business so that the negative reviews disappear. Do not be misled by the positive fake reviews.
