Ze hebben me een appartement verkocht waar nog steeds lekkages zijn. Ze beweerden dat de lekkage destijds was verholpen, maar dat bleek niet het geval te zijn! Ik heb nu contact met een advocaat en vraag om juridische bijstand. Ze hadden me de waarheid moeten vertellen, namelijk dat de lekkage niet was verholpen, dan had ik het appartement niet gekocht. Maar nu wil de VVE (Vendor Veterinary Engineers) dat ik 1800 euro betaal (meer dan 600 euro per persoon), en ik vind echt dat ik dat bedrag niet moet betalen. Wees dus voorzichtig met deze makelaar, de informatie die ze geven kan misleidend zijn. Bovendien raad ik je aan om meer foto's te maken tijdens bezichtigingen of na de aankoop, zodat je meer zekerheid hebt.

One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. A pure swindle, don't rent here unless you want to sit without an answer for months while your washing machine leaks in the apartment below you. We also sat for weeks without a working toilet and after countless emails to this company we had to involve a lawyer. I would absolutely NOT recommend renting from them, these are just two examples of many bad experiences. If I could give a 0/5, I would do so.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Rent a Stone. Renting the apartment was quick, smooth, completely clear and very comfortable. You receive all the documents and information you need. We had a terrible experience. They made us sign a general and good faith contract, but we discovered that the final rental agreement (which we received hours later) contained data contradicting what they had previously told us. They rent for CornerStone, a company with frankly bad reviews. DO NOT sign with this company, their only goal is to collect money and provide poor service.

One star is one too many. They rent out houses for Cornerstone, which has a rating that's too low to be able to rent anything out, so they set up this office (check the Cornerstone ratings first). They do everything to hide this. Moreover, they make you sign a pre-contract (which is probably illegal, but they have a legal team and you don't) and then they change the deal and force you to sign by literally threatening you with that contract. This has cost me a lot of money, but it would probably have cost me even more if I had continued. They're also very nice until you sign, and then they become incredibly rude and threatening. That's how I've never been spoken to by anyone before. In short: DO NOT get involved with them, unless you're really desperate.

The service from Rent a Stone was absolutely excellent. All documents were signed quickly and the apartment was delivered in very good condition. Some minor defects were also resolved very quickly, and the realtor was very friendly.

We were invited for a viewing of an apartment in Voorburg and experienced this as very pleasant with the selling real estate agent, Ms. Meijer. Unfortunately, we found the living room to be a bit too cramped for us in terms of living space. Also, the storage is difficult for us to reach with our e-scooter.

Om eerlijk te zijn, vond ik de makelaars nogal onbeleefd. Ik wilde een huis bezichtigen dat ze te koop hadden staan. Ze gaven me een paar data, maar die pasten niet in mijn agenda. De makelaar zei snauwend: "Nou ja, het huis staat niet in de 'uitverkoop'...", waarmee hij bedoelde dat de eigenaren niet wanhopig waren. Ik stelde een paar data voor, maar die kwamen ook niet uit. Uiteindelijk werd er een datum gevonden, maar die lag vrij ver in de toekomst. De makelaar zuchtte. Toen vroeg ik of ik de algemene documenten van het huis kon krijgen. De makelaar zei dat alleen serieuze kopers die zouden krijgen na een bezichtiging. Dit is zeer ongebruikelijk. Ik ben nog nooit naar een bezichtiging gegaan zonder eerst de documenten te hebben gezien. Ik heb een paar dagen over deze interactie nagedacht en de bezichtiging uiteindelijk afgezegd. Ik wens de eigenaren veel succes!

I can't believe the attitude of the agents at this office. I emailed them through Funda to request a viewing, and they immediately called back (which is good), but unfortunately I wasn’t in the country, so I didn’t receive the calls. The next working day, the next morning, I was back in the country. I called them when my phone was on and I saw the voicemail, to ask if I could make an appointment. Here I was snapped at with an arrogant look because I hadn't answered my phone earlier. I explained why I hadn’t picked up and that I was away. Then I was asked when I could be at the property, which they didn’t like, and apparently I had a viewing appointment at 12:00 without knowing it (the conversation took place at 11:55). Making an appointment without me receiving confirmation by email or phone or anything similar. To then be so arrogant and dismiss me like a small child is unacceptable. I don’t care whether it's a seller’s market or a buyer’s market, I am not happy, I will not accept this kind of behavior. P.S. After my review, they did indeed call me twice. They ultimately called four times, as they mention in their response. I blocked the number because I don’t want anything to do with these people. As for damaging your company: you are damaging it yourselves with your outdated understanding of customer service. Thinking that you can force people to remove their reviews and spam their voicemail is not how I would proceed. Without even admitting that there was something wrong with your tone or manners. I stand by the fact that my review is still more accurate, given the measures they took after posting my review.

Selling your house certainly brings some tension. But the peace that real estate agent Aart van Stijn exudes removes a large part of that tension. For a fixed amount, you are completely 'untroubled'.
