Ik heb ruim 2 jaar gewoond op Bredewater 24 te Zoetermeer. Na een lelijke breakup kon ik hier gelukkig terecht. Fijne professionele organisatie, staan direct voor je klaar! Vlotte en nette communicatie. Keep up the good work!

Ik ben echt dankbaar dat ik de kans heb gekregen om in een van hun woningen te wonen. Heel erg bedankt, Anna. Je bent een geweldig persoon. Ik dank Albert, de beheerder, voor haar werk. Ze is een heel aardig persoon. Ik ben erg vriendelijk en heb nog nooit geklaagd. Aan de andere kant was het een fantastische ervaring, heel erg bedankt, een erg schone en nette plek. Nogmaals, heel erg bedankt voor de kans.

Ik woon ondertussen al meer dan 4 jaar Te Schipholweg Divorce Housing door een plotseling aan een hoop problemen in mijn leven. Ik vind het fijn dat ik een soortvan mijn eigen plek heb. Ik vind het ook fijn dat er een dakterras is en parkeergelegenheid en een gesloten fietsenstalling. Opzich wordt er goed gelet op of mensen dingen schoonhouden en worden er mailtjes over gestuurd. Regelmatig mailtjes hier en daar over verschillende soorten dingen en punten. Vaak gevraagd voor hulp als het internet het niet doet of als er geluidsoverlast is en dat werdt goed opgelost. Maar Jezus man. Wat een hoop frustratie, ongemak, emotionele en psychische onveiligheid door alle geluidsoverlast die je hier ervaart voor mij. Je hoort je buurman en buurvrouw nog net niet ademen als je gaat slapen. Absoluut verschikkelijk en gespannen iets. Constant nieuwe mensen als je een beetje denkt te wennen aan de dynamiek van de mensen die je wel kent. Gefrustreerde mensen die plassen naast de wc, die express poep achter laten in de wc, lichten express uit doen als je in de wc zit. Ohja, het hok van de douche staat naast de wc. Dusja, zit je lekker te poepen, komt er iemand naast je douchen :). Je verzint het niet, Divorce Housing maakt het waar. Vergeet niet de zwervers die constant in de prullenbakken buiten graaien en lawaai maken. Het dakterras ziet er niet uit man, alsof je ergens in Chernobyl bent ofzo, sorry hoor. Echt ongekend. Dit is mijn oprechte ervaring. Privacy en rust ga je hier NIET VINDEN. Eerlijke review: 1 ster.

Ik heb voor anderhalf jaar een kamer via Divorce Housing gehad en mijn algemene ervaring was erg goed. De communicatie verliep vlot. Als buitenlander hebben ze me enorm geholpen, zeker gezien de huidige woningmarkt en het feit dat ik geen familie in het land heb. Het is natuurlijk niet ideaal, want je wilt liever je eigen plek, maar als tijdelijke oplossing, bijvoorbeeld als student of starter, is het een hele goede optie. Ik ben erg dankbaar en zou Divorce Housing zeker aanraden aan iemand die een tijdelijke woonruimte zoekt.

Ik heb nooit problemen gehad in communicatie met Young/Divorce housing. Er kwam altijd snel een antwoord terug over de mail en anders zijn ze telefonisch goed bereikbaar. Ook worden de panden goed in de gaten gehouden en worden bewoners aangesproken als ze niet aan de huisregels houden (daarmee bedoel ik gewoon het schoon houden van gemeenschappelijke keuken, geluidoverlast, etc.). Alleen zou het fijn zijn geweest als er wat dikkere muren waren geïnstalleerd om geluidsoverlast te verminderen (dit kan per locatie verschillen). Maar dat is beetje de norm bij het huren van kamers in een appartementencomplex in het algemeen.

Bedreigen je met van alles. Doen werkelijk alles wat tegen de wet in gaat en hun huurcontracten klopt geen kant van ( laten bekijken door het juridisch loket en een advocaat in huurrechten) Gezien mijn vorige review is verwijderd en ze toen de reviews hebben uitgezet plaats ik met alle liefde nog een review. Eigenaar van het bedrijf (M.) kan je niet professioneel te woord staan maar kon toen de tijd dat ik er woonde (3 jaar geleden) alleen schreeuwen door de telefoon en dreigen tot uit huis zetting als je m wees op de wetgeving die in strijd was met het contract. Alleen mede eigenaar ( G.) kon mij zo nu en dan fatsoenlijk te woord staan. En dan heb ik nog niet eens gesproken over een medewerker in het bedrijf (N.). Zeer onprofessionele vrouw die huurders dingen zoals een kookplaat adviseert bij bezichtigingen wat vervolgens in strijd gaat met de regels die zij zogenaamd hadden opgesteld in de huurovereenkomst. Hierdoor kan je dan een "officiële waarschuwing" ontvangen, die kan leiden tot uit huiszetting, althans dat zeggen ze dan. Little did they know dat huurders aardig goed beschermd zijn en zij vaak zelf niet doorhebben hoe hun huurovereenkomst in elkaar zit. Op het moment dat je laat zien dat je veel kennis hebt omtrent je rechten en hun plichten worden ze zenuwachtig en verzinnen ze ter plekke dingen om je "bang" te maken. Kortom ga niet met hun in zee. Slechtste tijd van mijn leven heb ik hier meegemaakt en qua hygiene ook zeker niet aan te raden. Ik moest vaker douchen daar dat het verf naar beneden viel op je hoofd in de douche. Ik hoop inmiddels dat ze dingen hebben veranderd al betwijfel ik dit. Ik heb 2 vrienden van mij gehad die nog recentelijk via hun hebben gehuurd en die hebben soortgelijke ervaringen waardoor ik het dus nogmaals in twijfel trek. Ik zie het als mijn plicht om nogmaals een review te plaatsen hierover. Inzage in de servicekosten geven ze echter ook niet terwijl ze hier wettelijk toe verplicht zijn dit elk jaar te laten inzien. Ik had het graag anders gezien en ik vind 1 ster zelfs nog te veel. Ik heb inmiddels een heel dossier over dit bedrijf liggen en de onrechtmatigheden die ze mij en mijn expartner toen die tijd hebben aangedaan.

Voor mensen in nood een prachtige oplossing! Fijn dat deze organisatie dit aandurft en deze mensen blijft helpen. Jammer dat er veel modder wordt gegooid ( nadat mensen een opstapje hebben gehad )

Prettige professionele organisatie, staan direct voor je klaar! Ik huur nu reeds 3 jaar van DH Houden zelfs huiskamergesprekken om de locatie te ondersteunen. Schoon, prettige huurders! Iedereen wordt gescreened. Alleen maar LOF🥳

Misleidende advertenties op Kamernet (advertenties voor accommodaties die niet op hun eigen website staan), geen reacties op e-mails, onduidelijke huurvoorwaarden. Lijkt allemaal zinloze reclame.

Mooi dat er in deze tijd van woningnood nog bedrijven bestaan zoals Divorce Houding die je tijdelijk aan geschikte woonruimte helpen. Ben ze onwijs dankbaar voor al het werk.

Dreigen met een opzegtermijn van 2 maanden, echter mag dit niet van de wet. Omdat je opzegtermijn ook je huurtermijn moet zijn, dus 1 maand. Als je eenmaal je huur hebt opgezegd, houden ze je borg in met de medeling dat je huurachterstand hebt. Echter heb ik altijd mijn huur betaald. Deze mensen maken echt misbruik van kwetsbare mensen in een krappe woningmarkt. Kortom denk goed na voordat je hier gaat huren, het is ook gewoon vies.

Geen huurcontract aangaan met dit bedrijf!!!! Ze bedreigen en intimideren hun huurders. Ze rekenen inschrijfgeld, dat is tegen de wet. Ze rekenen ongelofelijk hoge service kosten, je raad het al service wordt natuurlijk niet uitgevoerd. Ongelijke service ook, bewoners van het zelfde appartementencomplex betalen andere bedragen. Ik kan zo nog wel even door gaan, je snapt het wel denk ik. Dit zijn precies de cliché verhalen die je bij "BOOS" kan zien. Ik denk dan altijd "dit kan niet waar zijn". Dit bedrijf is het levende bewijs dat het wel waar kan zijn.

Accepteren alleen Nederlandse mensen. Reageren niet meer zelfs na meerdere e-mails.

Houses are listed for rent, but try getting in touch with anyone. Because they're unreachable! There are two phone numbers, one of which is a dead line and the 06 number is disconnected, ultimately no answer. We have tried everything to get in contact but it’s impossible. Also called the Hague and Utrecht real estate agents listed on their site. But they know nothing about it.

I have been a customer of Eigen Haard for 9 years now for the rental of my apartment and they do that excellently. They always take the time for you, are very friendly and professional!

It takes a lot of effort to be positive about this company. The people are nice, but there's really no interest in the customer and communication is very abrupt. When defects occur in the property, the preferred solution is to fix it with a piece of tape, and they do nothing about bigger problems while you continue to pay rent faithfully. They don't address the kitchen block being soaked with water, but during the last inspection, they casually say - 'Oh, but that one is from 1980! It’s going anyway!' The gas stove was stored in the house and they had the audacity to say it's too dirty from use (which is funny because that's how it was on day 1). MY ADVICE: take photos during the first inspection so you have real proof. They come back with a response 5 years after the review?! This shows just how much they care about things. A nice charm offensive. In a response to their answer: nothing was 'thrown' at the restaurant chef, we received an assignment from Eigen haard to clean the balcony and railing, which we did with water and a brush. And yes, there are some splashes. But the attitude they repeatedly adopt is, to put it mildly, negligent. And then act like everything’s fine afterwards. 👍

Lived well in a nice house for a reasonable price (rent). Poor experience with communication and keeping to agreements, resulting in us agreeing to a compromise after withholding part of our deposit, without the errors made by them regarding communication and agreements being reasonably rectified. For this reason, I would not recommend acquaintances to rent from this company. Update: Yes, reachable by phone. But do they respond to an email? No indeed. Letting the tenant decide how something is resolved and then still carrying out a repair and withholding 300 euros from the deposit without explanation or invoice, that's poor communication regarding your own home. You clearly lack any form of reflection, as can be seen in the other reviews. So yes, one-star review. I think you need to learn that you can’t always put the blame on the tenant.

I have known him since 2014 and he has worked for me multiple times. He is very professional, flexible and always meets all requests and completes tasks on time. He understands international clients very well, which is a big plus for both non-Dutch/international homeowners and tenants. A real recommendation.

One star is still too much. Do not rent from this realtor, especially not with small children; the realtor only works for the landlord. You should expect that everything works in a rental house costing more than €1300 p/m. In one year, among other things, part of the roof was broken, the skylight was broken, the central heating boiler broke down, the garden gate was broken, various appliances were broken, windows that no longer close/are broken, various leaks, gas smell, sewer smell etc., it goes on and on. Eigen haard especially thinks you shouldn't complain, and increases the rent. DO NOT rent.

If you have to deal with EigenHaard, my advice is to document all agreements with this company well. Expect that all communication with this company will be flawed. You will be insulted and not taken seriously. I've experienced a lot, but even years later I am still astonished by the service of this company. Disappointed

Jaren terug een super leuke tent. Met het deurbeleid van tegenwoordig helaas wat meer opgefokt volk binnen. Desondanks wel altijd fijne ervaringen met de beveiliging.

After a long search, we found a lovely house! The staff are very direct and can sometimes come across as blunt. But they really do their best for you when they notice you're seriously looking! If I encounter any staff members, we always still have a nice chat :D

If I could, I would give -1 star. They don't respond to emails, don't call, don't show up for appointments, and the girl who showed us the house said things we already knew, or just things that weren't true about the property. We wanted to go directly to their office, but it was closed on Friday. I have no words for this realtor, just don't do business with them!! It’s a waste of time.

Don't fall for this trap - these are criminals who won't pay back your deposit after the end of a contract and ignore all reminders and attempts to contact them. They also largely didn't respond when we rented an apartment from them. Avoid this!

Ze hebben me geholpen bij het vinden van 3 huurwoningen in Leiden. Ze blijven zaken doen met verhuurders die de borg niet terugbetalen, vooral aan expats. Voordat ik huurde, beloofden ze me de borg terug te betalen en in te grijpen indien nodig, maar ze negeerden die belofte later toen ik om hulp vroeg. Daarmee dragen ze bewust bij aan het chronische probleem van hebzuchtige verhuurders in Nederland.

Had a lovely viewing, where we were told that we were the only candidates for the apartment. We were completely naive and happy, especially when we were called to say that we had also been chosen! Subsequently, we received a phone call saying that we weren't selected after all. We did find it remarkable and just to be sure, we called back, after which we were rudely told that it really had been rented out to someone else. A month later, we happened to walk past the apartment in question, where another 'for rent' sign was hanging up again. Quite remarkable.

**** UPDATE: For all (former) tenants, there is most likely incorrectly the monthly service costs cashed via easymakelaars. If you contact huurdokters.nl they will arrange that you get a large part back. Easy makelaars will not return this themselves. **** Myself a tenant for several years. This is the perfect example of a real estate agent who only thinks about filling his own pockets and nothing at all about the well-being of the tenants. Promises are not kept and there is no transparency. For the reader who wants to consider renting here, do not unless: -You don't mind that no maintenance will ever be performed on the property. -You want to incorrectly pay up to 80% too much in service costs, which will again never be settled with you. -You like not being taken seriously by the real estate agent who rents the house to you. -You are at peace with the fact that when there are defects and this is reported nothing but absolutely nothing will be done by the landlord. -You also don't mind that the landlord will not keep any agreements made. If you have no problem with this, I would definitely do it!!

The previous reviews didn't predict much good either. My experience is that Easy Makelaars is unreachable: not via email, not via Pararius, and not by phone. If you respond via Pararius, you immediately receive a standard email with an invitation for a viewing. But if you have any questions about that: no response. It's a shame that many properties are available for rent through Easy. I'm skipping Easy.

Unfortunately no positive experience. Luckily found a house, but not through Easy Makelaars. I had a pleasant viewing at the time. Subsequently all (personal) documentation was sent and nothing more was heard from them. Not even after I emailed again. Only weeks later a pathetic standard rejection. It is a difficult housing market for both buyers and renters, but as a real estate agent you can ensure that an experience is still pleasant, even if you don't get the house. That was not the case here. A pity.

Very bad experience. We wanted to rent an apartment and had a friendly opening and viewing. After that, things quickly went wrong. Never heard anything or received a response to emails. Had to call 6 times ourselves to find out if the apartment was rented and always got the same answer 'we don't know you will hear today or tomorrow'. This lasted for 2 weeks. Called again today and suddenly the apartment was rented. Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and unkind. Definitely not worth searching through them.

I had a fantastic experience with Easy Brokers. I had trouble finding a house for a few months and only got negative reactions to the viewings I attended. I asked Easy Brokers for help and they were the only real estate agents who took my case seriously. Carlo was so helpful and did his best to find the best solution. A few days after our appointment, I finally found the studio that was perfect for me. I would definitely recommend them.

Easy real estate agents = you become broke quickly. The only 'easy' thing about this office is how easily they find excuses to take your money. If you decide to rent a house through them, make sure you take photos of the smallest flaws and details of the apartment as soon as you move in, because they make you pay a lot for the smallest things, even if they were already there.

What terrible customer service you offer. You should be ashamed of yourselves. My friend called to inquire about a rental property in which we were very interested. During the phone call, my friend indicated that we had attended multiple viewings. At this point, the fake jerk on the other end of the line pointed out to us that you 'don't have it to choose from' at this time and that we should be happy if we could rent anywhere. The reason we are viewing multiple houses is because it is indeed difficult to get a house. We like to register for multiple options, because the chance of getting a property is very low. Thanks to this employee, we were never allowed to view the house or be considered for it. This is simply the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. The only reason you are even in business is because there is so ridiculously high demand for houses. As soon as that decreases, you will have to rely on your customer service and then I hope you go bankrupt very quickly. Outright scandalous.
