Op donderdag 5 maart 2026 had ik een afspraak voor een bezichtiging van de woning aan de Schiedamseweg beneden in Rotterdam. Helaas is er niemand namens uw kantoor komen opdagen. Ik heb hierover twee keer telefonisch contact opgenomen om te vragen waar de makelaar bleef. Tijdens het eerste telefoongesprek werd mij verteld dat hij onderweg was omdat zijn vorige afspraak was uitgelopen. Bij het tweede telefoongesprek werd echter aangegeven dat wij elkaar zouden hebben misgelopen. Dit verbaast mij, aangezien ik ruim op tijd aanwezig was op de afgesproken locatie en daar ook ben blijven wachten. De tegenstrijdige informatie die ik telefonisch heb ontvangen vind ik erg vreemd en bovendien teleurstellend. Ik heb speciaal tijd vrijgemaakt voor deze bezichtiging en verwacht in zo’n situatie duidelijke en eerlijke communicatie.

Een hele prettige samenwerking waarbij flexibiliteit en deskundige begeleiding, snelle en concrete respons met prima begeleiding maken dat alle partijen tevreden zijn.

Toen ik de woning kocht waren zij de makelaar van de verkopende partij en het contract was heel prettig. Vandaar met ze in zee gegaan toen de woning weer verkocht werd. Service, begeleiding en uitleg waren geheel volgens de verwachting.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience with the real estate agent. On January 29th, I had a viewing of the property at Willem Beukelszstraat 36. The real estate agent who showed us the property indicated that we were not allowed to ask questions during the viewing and that we should call or email for those. I emailed several times but received no response or the information I requested. When there was a reply, I was told to call, even though I repeatedly stated that I don't have a good command of the Dutch language. I would have preferred to receive answers to my questions by email. This doesn't seem professional and it remains unclear why my questions are not answered via email.

After purchasing a home, there are still many loose ends open and this brokerage pushes everything onto the HOA. It's nice and easy to shift your responsibilities like that. No, I would not recommend doing business with this broker.

Clear information about purchasing a real estate agent

No appointment possible with this office. After trying to schedule a viewing after so many calls, you only get a random telephone service that can't tell you anything and won't call you back. Then, finally an appointment can only be on a free Saturday, you go from grocery shopping with your family specifically to the building but the realtor doesn't show up and the office is unreachable. I emphasized beforehand that this time slot is important and that I need to be there on the minute. I'm just writing this here in hopes they might contact me eventually. Just frustrating again.
