She listened to the problems I had with the real estate agency and offered to do everything possible to put things right and rectify the situation and any inconvenience they may have unintentionally caused. I consider that excellent customer service. Although I currently might not be able to use their services, I think they will certainly be the real estate agency I think of when I need a realtor again in the future. They care about their customers on a level I have not yet encountered before, but which I would gladly like to see. They were great, until they weren't anymore. I applied for an apartment they offered and went to the viewing. The first contact and process went very well. Keep in mind that this was in December, the market is tough and we urgently needed an apartment, but it's also understandable that we didn't get it, because it wasn't their fault. They also informed us in time and with that the matter was settled. What went wrong: On December 31 at exactly 23:25 I received a phone call from the real estate agency. I couldn't answer because I was in a meeting until 23:30. Then I called back. The person who answered said that I could leave a message and that they would call me back as soon as possible once they had checked which realtor was trying to reach me. I also sent an email to the realtor with whom I had contact for this apartment. Both messages were completely ignored. It is now a week later and I still haven't heard anything from the real estate agency. I have no idea what that phone call was about.

Due to financing we needed a valuation quickly. Could be done reasonably fast. The fee turned out to be higher due to the size of the house. That was not immediately clear via the price comparison website - the first contact was reported anyway. But take note of that if you have a larger house and choose an appraiser!

Because of all the positive reviews here, we wanted to have our appraisal done by Sonny. After a short phone call, we sent him the Funda link for our house so he could make an initial estimate of the value, but after that we never heard from him again. Op donderdag 5 maart 2026 had ik een afspraak voor een bezichtiging van de woning aan de Schiedamseweg beneden in Rotterdam. Helaas is er niemand namens uw kantoor komen opdagen. Ik heb hierover twee keer telefonisch contact opgenomen om te vragen waar de makelaar bleef. Tijdens het eerste telefoongesprek werd mij verteld dat hij onderweg was omdat zijn vorige afspraak was uitgelopen. Bij het tweede telefoongesprek werd echter aangegeven dat wij elkaar zouden hebben misgelopen. Dit verbaast mij, aangezien ik ruim op tijd aanwezig was op de afgesproken locatie en daar ook ben blijven wachten. De tegenstrijdige informatie die ik telefonisch heb ontvangen vind ik erg vreemd en bovendien teleurstellend. Ik heb speciaal tijd vrijgemaakt voor deze bezichtiging en verwacht in zo’n situatie duidelijke en eerlijke communicatie.

Een hele prettige samenwerking waarbij flexibiliteit en deskundige begeleiding, snelle en concrete respons met prima begeleiding maken dat alle partijen tevreden zijn.
