Choosing a real estate agent for the sale of what has been your home for 17 years is not easy. Baljon was the selling party of my rental property. I would never have my house sold through this agency myself. Poor communication regarding viewings and they leave your home in a different state after viewings. I even experienced once that half an eaten protein bar was left behind. Furthermore, they entered my home without permission which, in my opinion, is really unacceptable. I never made things difficult with viewings, scheduled my appointments around them and ensured the cleaning service came by extra one day prior. This is the thanks you get for it. When I filed a complaint, I also received a response that didn't give me the impression they found it troublesome; it felt more like a middle finger towards me.

Although I may not be able to use their services at this moment, I am inclined to say that they will certainly be the agency I think of when I need fixed-rate services, because they care about the people who use their services to a level I have not yet encountered with an agency here, but that I would like to see. They were great until they weren't. I signed up for an apartment they had offered and went to the viewing. The initial contact and process were very good. Note that this was in December, the market is tough and we urgently needed an apartment, but it is also understandable if we don’t get it because it’s not their fault, and they communicated that we wouldn’t receive the apartment on time and that was that. What went wrong: On December 31st at exactly 23:25 I received a phone call from the agency which I couldn't answer because I was in a meeting until 23:30 and then I called back. The person who answers says that I can leave a message and they will contact me shortly once she has checked which agent tried to reach me. I also sent an email to the realtor with whom I was working for this apartment. Both were completely ignored, we are a week later and no beeps from the agency and I have no idea what that phone call was about.
