Disappointing! Unlike expected, Laurens wasn't always our point of contact and not present on our first sales day. The text they wrote gave us the feeling that they didn't understand the neighborhood and the apartment. Advice on how to better present the house came in the form of a short (I would say worthless) pdf. The photographer was good, though. I got the feeling that they want to keep their work brief. Good price but basic service.

People please stay away from this broker!! He was my buyer's agent. He doesn't tell the truth, does things on his own, he presented me with thousands of euros in surprise costs, and that all after the purchase agreement was signed. I have already engaged a lawyer and will sue him!

Telephone price agreement made, afterwards confronted on the day of valuation with a 45% higher price. The message from the real estate agent below is not an accurate representation of things, only shortly before the valuation was something sent by email stating the much higher price. Requested multiple quotes for the valuation and Voorberg was chosen based on the price, it's a bit of a charlatan, but yes what can you expect from that profession group. Had the valuation done by Scheele for 200 less...
