Als starter op de woningmarkt had ik geen enkele ervaring en was ik erg onzeker, maar de samenwerking met Metz Real Estate maakte echt het verschil. Vanaf dag één zorgden ze goed voor me, legden ze alles duidelijk uit en begeleidden ze me met geduld en professionaliteit door elke stap. Denise was mijn belangrijkste contactpersoon en ze was absoluut fantastisch: deskundig, reageerde snel en was ongelooflijk behulpzaam. Maar wat me echt opviel, was hoe het hele Metz-team bijsprong wanneer dat nodig was. Het voelde echt alsof ik een heel team van experts aan mijn zijde had, die ervoor zorgden dat elk detail werd afgehandeld en elke vraag werd beantwoord. We begonnen het proces in de eerste week van mei en aan het einde van de maand had ik een geaccepteerd bod. Dat had ik me nooit kunnen voorstellen, zo soepel en snel. Hun advies en begeleiding waren van onschatbare waarde, van de eerste zoektocht tot het doorlopen van het biedingsproces en daarna. Ik kan Metz Real Estate niet genoeg aanbevelen. Als u op zoek bent naar een team dat oprecht om u geeft en net dat beetje extra voor u doet, vooral als u voor het eerst een huis koopt, dan moet u hen bellen.

I can only but be praiseful about the process of selling my house. From the first contact to the moment the deal was closed, everything went quickly, smoothly and without any stress. The team was extremely professional, but at the same time very personal and helpful. They gave clear explanations about the process, proposed a realistic asking price for my property and ensured an excellent presentation of my house, including beautiful photos and an attractive description. Within no-time I already had several interested parties and my house was sold much faster than expected. Update: I have been contacted by the owner and CEO, Alina Bijster. She listened to the problems I had with the real estate agency and offered to do everything possible to put things right and rectify the situation and any inconvenience they may have unintentionally caused. I consider that excellent customer service. Although I currently might not be able to use their services, I think they will certainly be the real estate agency I think of when I need a realtor again in the future. They care about their customers on a level I have not yet encountered before, but which I would gladly like to see. They were great, until they weren't anymore. I applied for an apartment they offered and went to the viewing. The first contact and process went very well. Keep in mind that this was in December, the market is tough and we urgently needed an apartment, but it's also understandable that we didn't get it, because it wasn't their fault. They also informed us in time and with that the matter was settled. What went wrong: On December 31 at exactly 23:25 I received a phone call from the real estate agency. I couldn't answer because I was in a meeting until 23:30. Then I called back. The person who answered said that I could leave a message and that they would call me back as soon as possible once they had checked which realtor was trying to reach me. I also sent an email to the realtor with whom I had contact for this apartment. Both messages were completely ignored. It is now a week later and I still haven't heard anything from the real estate agency. I have no idea what that phone call was about.
