I called up to two times after my visit with questions. It seemed like the agent could not handle the questions, and I got the feeling that I had to stop bothering.

Up to 2 times a viewing was canceled, no further contact with the real estate agent after that. I heard from my neighbor that Mr. Toussaint has been involved in several legal cases with his company Huurgarant, however this is of course hearsay and not related to his real estate agency.

I generally don't have much use for real estate agents, and that’s precisely why I was so incredibly happy with HKM. No smooth sales pitches from fast-talking guys, but personal guidance down to the smallest details. HKM brokers genuinely enjoy making sure your house looks good for sale, and also think along about styling, interior design etc. to ensure the house makes the best possible impression. Also, HKM brokers have a pleasant vision regarding viewings.
