We zijn fantastisch goed begeleid met de aankoop van ons appartement! Alles werd goed uitgelegd en bij alles goed geinformeerd wat betreft bezichtigingen na afloop kreeg je de info hoe het was gegaan en of er serieuze gegadigde bij waren. We konden altijd bellen als we iets niet goed begrepen en werden keurig te woord gestaan door het team. Het resultaat is dat ons appartement eigenlijk binnen een week is verkocht! Alles tot in de puntjes is verzorgd!

Wij wonen op grote afstand van de verkochte woning van onze moeder. Ludo van der Eijken nam na het intakegesprek alle verzorging rondom de verkoop uit onze handen. De woning was binnen enkele dagen verkocht en ook in de afhandeling daarna was de service optimaal.

Varied range of owner-occupied homes in multiple price segments. Focused on the Oudenbosch region and surrounding areas, but occasionally an outlier can be found in another region. The display case is mainly full of sold properties. Good for impression but not ideal for house hunters. However, understandable given the current market that the entire display case cannot be full.

Because our mortgage advisor had made certain mistakes, we urgently sought an appraiser who could assess our future home on very short notice. Through the selling broker, we came into contact with Ado. He helped us enormously by being very flexible and went directly to the property the next morning (on Friday) to appraise it. We received the appraisal report immediately after the weekend. The appraisal report was very comprehensive. We are therefore very satisfied customers :-)
