Very negative experience with this office. I advise not to do business with them. The communication mostly takes place by telephone, but when there is a disagreement, they suddenly act as if nothing has been discussed or known to them. They use two different standards when it comes to adhering to the agreements/rules and this causes great concerns for the other party.

Recently, after seeing a house through funda, an appointment for a viewing was made. Received a call - I was one of the first interested parties and they were looking forward to my arrival. A few days before the viewing, I received a call that the house had been sold; I naturally expressed my disappointment and also mentioned that I had bid well above the asking price and that they were now taking this opportunity away from me despite the appointment. I will not mention the name of the employee but he brushed it off with “that’s too bad, the house is sold and can’t be undone”. In short; if you are selling a house - this realtor doesn't care about your interests. As a potential buyer: you might as well make an offer immediately because these guys seem to handle things behind closed doors rather than openly.
