03 Dec 2024Wat was het fijn om een makelaar als Wilma van der Noordt naast ons te hebben, die met haar professionele blik op een heel andere manier naar een huis kijkt dan wij, en zoveel meer ziet. Zij liet ons door haar ogen naar een huis kijken dat onze interesse had. Wist zaken boven water te tillen die zeer van belang bleken en die we zelf niet hadden kunnen verzinnen. Ze heeft niet alleen oog voor de zakelijke kant, maar geeft ook aandacht aan de emotionele kant bij de keuze van een huis. Kortom, een prima sparring partner. We zullen in de toekomst zeker weer een beroep op haar doen.

Het betekende dat wij op korte termijn onze bestaande woning wilden verkopen. De makelaar heeft dat werkelijk prima georganiseerd. Reageerde snel en adequate, adviseerde een vraagrijs 5000 onder de taxatiewaarde van 600.000 om bredere aandacht met vertrouwen dat er overboden zou worden. Zonder in detail te treden, willen we Wilma bedanken voor alles wat zij voor ons heeft gedaan, ze heeft heel veel zaken voor ons uitgezocht en geregeld en ons zeer deskundig, professioneel maar vooral ook warm, begeleid bij de verkoop. Ze heeft met ons meegedacht en was dag (en nacht) bereikbaar voor ons. Wilma is een topvrouw. Door haar adviezen, grote inzet en betrokkenheid, is de woning ook heel snel verkocht. Kortom naast professionaliteit en kennis, straalt deze makelaar betrokkenheid uit en dat was en blijft voor ons een groot goed.

De werkwijze van de makelaar gaf ons veel vertrouwen en de makelaar was altijd goed bereikbaar voor vragen of advies. Er moest voorafgaand aan de plaatsing van onze woning op Funda best veel informatie aangeleverd worden wat veel tijd vraagt om na te zoeken en te verzamelen, maar dat was bij een andere makelaar niet anders geweest. Kortom, wij zijn zeer content met de werkwijze en de professionaliteit van deze makelaar. De woning was dan ook snel verkocht.
