Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the way everything went; from beginning to end I didn't feel taken seriously. Not customer friendly and commitments and promises that were not fulfilled.

After purchasing the property, many things turned out to be different than what Zengerink had stated in the sales brochure, including about the underfloor heating. After discovering even more insurmountable issues, I extensively emailed Zengerink, but never received a response - not even on a reminder email. With this 'service', we will choose a different real estate agent next time.

Update following hypocritical response from owner: Why don’t you mention that we contacted you and came to the office for a meeting after not having heard anything for half a year?
