At Blik, they don't know how Funda works. With a lot of pain and effort, a text was written for the advertisements and brochure (they are also very bad at that). I would not recommend this real estate agent as a valuer. I had a valuation done which was worthless. Over the phone, an amount is communicated which the house is worth and then there's another amount in the valuation report, because I wasn't in agreement with it over the phone. In the 80 page report (!?) apples are compared to pears. The valuer is nice. But he has given me the feeling that he wants to make money quickly. I eventually paid the invoice with a bad feeling. I have had a bad taste left from it.

Bad 1 word then that's already too much. Our death risk applied far too low, resulting in the possibility of having to sell our house upon death. You don't want this. Been a customer for several years and purchased multiple products. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated over the years. Below are some examples of my experiences in the past year. 1. Personal data was shared with another company without consultation with me. This company would take over activities from BvdD. The extra costs for this of €200,- were initially also charged to me. The costs were not invoiced, as compensation I was told. 2. Costs of the appraiser still appeared on the final bill, while I had already paid these after consultation with BvdD. 3. With two different advisors from this company it was agreed that an insurance policy (taken out via BvdD) would be split. This turned out to be ultimately not possible and caused extra costs. 4. I had to sign documents. I indicated that the content did not match the agreements made. This was vehemently denied. After lodging a complaint and providing evidence (previously sent emails), I was transferred to another advisor. The errors in communication and incomplete advice continued to occur. No apologies were ever made, and written complaints remained unanswered.
