Also, most of the reviews on the website are not about this realtor; they were usually from a realtor from Midden-Groningen and not Oost-Groningen. I would not recommend this realtor.

We bought our house through this real estate agent, and according to the agent, there was nothing wrong with the house. He himself had created the structural report and it stated that the house was in good condition; however, the house was far from good and we have costs of over €30,000! Damp in the floors, asbestos, a leak on the roof and rotten roofing battens! Now the real estate agent is unavailable!!!
