Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met de aankoopbegeleiding van Wilco. Het gevoel is ontstaan dat het biedingsadvies onvoldoende zorgvuldig onderbouwd was en dat er belangrijke bouwkundige signalen zijn gemist. In acute situaties werd weinig duidelijk en tijdig advies gegeven, wat juist wel verwacht wordt van een aankoopmakelaar. Daarnaast werd de communicatie als onprofessioneel en onprettig ervaren, met een toon die niet paste bij een begeleidende rol.
