After a phone call with this real estate agent, I already had a very strange feeling. I had only called to ask for general information and hadn't even reacted to a specific property at that moment. During that conversation, however, I was already told that my partner and I would 'definitely not get a property'. Nevertheless, we then properly registered ourselves for two of their advertisements. In both cases, my income alone - or that of my wife - was well above four times the requested rent. In addition, we submitted positive evaluations from our previous landlord, a positive credit check and multiple pay slips. Yet the next day we received the standard message that the property had already been 'given away'. This raises a serious question for me: why are all these personal details and documents even requested if it seems that there is a standard rejection anyway? The whole process feels very strange and unprofessional to us. Under these circumstances, I also wonder if there might be a case of prejudice or discrimination.

We felt very comfortable with them and felt safe. They were always ready to answer our questions, were accurate, serious and very skilled in their work. Even after the handover of the house they were available for any request. We are really satisfied.
