As transparent as he is and not afraid to call a spade a spade towards all parties, he prevented problems during the sale in advance; not in an annoying way, and yet with all due respect. But no one can claim that things were not said as they were, or that anything was concealed. Therefore we are happy to give Bas and his wife Ilona 5 stars, because they deserve it: truly recommended!

What a bad realtor. During the viewing, we were already misled that there was a bidding process. This is completely untrue. In addition, the advertisement for the house is not correct. A very large piece of land was missing, which had been photographed and indicated. The local realtor didn't know much and couldn't give us answers to questions. In short, definitely not recommended

Na een telefonisch gesprek met deze makelaar had ik al een zeer vreemd gevoel. Ik had alleen gebeld om algemene informatie te vragen en reageerde op dat moment nog niet eens op een specifieke woning. Tijdens dat gesprek werd mij echter al verteld dat ik en mijn verloofde “sowieso geen woning zouden krijgen”. Toch hebben we ons daarna op twee van hun advertenties netjes aangemeld. In beide gevallen lag mijn inkomen alleen al – of dat van mijn vrouw – ruim boven vier keer de gevraagde huur. Daarnaast hebben wij positieve beoordelingen van onze vorige verhuurder, een positieve kredietcheck en meerdere loonstroken ingediend. Toch kregen we beide keren de volgende dag een standaardbericht dat de woning al was “vergeven”. Dit roept bij mij een serieuze vraag op: waarom worden al deze persoonlijke gegevens en documenten überhaupt opgevraagd als er blijkbaar standaard toch een afwijzing volgt? De hele gang van zaken voelt voor ons erg vreemd en onprofessioneel. Onder deze omstandigheden vraag ik mij ook af of er mogelijk sprake is van vooroordelen of discriminatie.

We voelden ons zeer op ons gemak bij hen en voelden ons veilig. Ze stonden altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden, waren nauwkeurig, serieus en zeer bekwaam in hun werk. Ook na de oplevering van het huis waren ze beschikbaar voor elk verzoek. We zijn echt tevreden.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met Woonhuis Limburg bij het huren van een studio in Maastricht voor onze studerende dochter. Als klanten uit Slowakije waren we onder de indruk van hun snelle, professionele en duidelijke communicatie. Alles verliep vlekkeloos en hun vriendelijke aanpak maakte het proces stressvrij. Their broker, Ruben, supported me throughout the entire application process: from guiding the administration to being immediately available for questions. Ruben's professionalism and dedication were excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this office and Ruben to anyone who needs a reliable and attentive broker.

For us, it was the first time we did business with this company regarding renting out a stay. From the first to the last notification, action or appointment, they consistently kept everything on schedule. The freedom of choice as to whom we wanted to rent to (3 viewings in 1 day) was completely and according to agreement left to us. I will not hesitate to work with them again next time.

I was charmed by their expertise, good proposals and promised approach during the intake interview which led me to work with them. The sign in the garden that wasn't placed until a week after the Funda announcement and only received a 'sold' sticker three days before handover. They needed to call back to ask what the next…

The broker in question talks a lot and listens poorly. He is not very proactive. He only takes action when the seller asks something or has a proposal. The broker hardly provides information. The seller had to correct the texts for the website and brochures (too) often. The broker constantly makes spelling and typing errors. Houses are apparently being sold too easily at the moment. In short, you pay a lot of money and still have to do a great deal yourself and continuously monitor the process.

We experienced this broker as thoughtful and expert. The contact also proceeded very smoothly.
