Jörg guided us well through the sale of our house. The process went smoothly and professionally. Thanks to his expertise, the sale was completed quickly.
The broker in question talks a lot and listens poorly. He is not very proactive. He only takes action when the seller asks something or has a proposal. The broker hardly provides information. The seller had to correct the texts for the website and brochures (too) often. The broker constantly makes spelling and typing errors. Houses are apparently being sold too easily at the moment. In short, you pay a lot of money and still have to do a great deal yourself and continuously monitor the process.
We experienced this broker as thoughtful and expert. The contact also proceeded very smoothly.

We purchased our new home through Ruijters, it was so good that we also engaged them for the sale of our old home. The informal atmosphere made us feel immediately comfortable. Excellent assistance from Marcel the realtor and Chantal, his colleague in the office.
As a buyer of a house, I have had disappointing experiences with Ruijters real estate agency. During the viewing of the property, it turned out that the photos on Funda were not taken of the house being offered for sale but of a similar house. This was not mentioned in the brochure. Who comes up with something like that? The realtor from Ruijters’ office who was present at the viewing acted very nonchalantly about this. His indifference and arrogance were below par. As a buyer, I think you are entitled to expect that a selling real estate agent will also treat the buyer respectfully. This requires good communication and motivation. I missed this. Furthermore, it turned out that the statutory cooling-off period for the buyer was not handled closely. The preliminary purchase agreement was signed by the seller a week later than by the buyer. You understand already. I cannot recommend realtor Ruijters to anyone.

Mortgage advisor; Marcel Vrosch is a great person. Very calm, gives you the space for your own thoughts and questions. Feels like an acquaintance who genuinely helps you! Invaluable when selling and buying a house! He is knowledgeable in all financial areas so can also give other tios. Real estate agency; they handle a sharp price for many showings and potentially a higher bid. Risky but often works. That's what it's about.
