Very negative experience with Pouwerhuis and realtor Lisette Pouwer! Our experience with Pouwerhuis, in particular with realtor Lisette Pouwer, is extremely bad and we strongly advise everyone not to do business with her. During the purchasing process, Lisette made commitments and agreements that were subsequently withdrawn completely without warning or consultation. This has led to great uncertainty and direct consequences for our living situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the consequences of her actions were passed on to us. An apology for causing this situation never came. What is even more serious: Lisette shares information with other buyers during the process about other bids, discussed matters during viewings, and even personal preferences of other buyers. This is extremely unprofessional and in conflict with the confidentiality you would expect from a realtor. As well as directly conflicting with the oath that a realtor should uphold. In addition, she makes gross mistakes in official documents and clearly works carelessly and unorganized. The communication was chaotic, the guidance absent, and agreements made proved worthless. As a buyer, you never feel taken seriously or somewhat involved in the process. Every question is quickly and easily dismissed and often, afterwards, answered incorrectly. What should have been a positive experience, buying a home, has become a frustrating, stressful, and unsafe situation thanks to Pouwerhuis and Lisette Pouwer. We will never do business with her again and strongly advise others to consider doing the same.

In the past week, I purchased a property through Bongers and Lemmers. From the very beginning, both the real estate agent and the staff in the office took the time for me. I received honest information and advice, and after my offer was accepted, I was genuinely congratulated on my purchase. That felt very pleasant. Of course, I know that the real estate agent works for the seller; however, they also took the time for the buyer. I know that I have many questions and am afraid of overlooking something. It is the first home I arrange myself, and therefore I am quite tense. In consultation, they gave me an extra two weeks in advance to reduce the pressure emotionally. Despite the fact that this may not even be necessary. Currently, my own property is still for sale, and my offer has been accepted subject to conditions, and I am busy filling out files for the notary and the bank; nevertheless, I dare to rate this real estate agency. As a seller, I have no experience here, but as a buyer, I can certainly recommend this office.

I scheduled a viewing some time ago for a retail space on Molenstraat. The viewing went well and we would finalize the process via e-mail. We had agreed on the rent price, but there were still a few points we wanted to clarify before reaching a final agreement. Unfortunately, the property owner was not open to this, so ultimately no agreement was reached, which we found very disappointing. A few days later I contacted Nils again for another retail space, as we are still looking. To my surprise, he stated that this viewing would not proceed because he does not consider us a reliable party. Moreover, he mentioned that we would be legally bound and obligated to sign the previous property. We find this a very strange and unprofessional way of doing business. It gives us the impression that there is little room for transparency and fairness in the process.

We hadden interesse in een woning aan de Daalseweg in Nijmegen. Makelaarskantoor handelt niet in de belangen van de verkoper met betrekking tot dit object. Gebeld voor een bezichtiging. Antwoord: niet mogelijk en er is zelfs al een reservelijst, maar ook die is vol. Kortweg 'het had niet zoveel nut om mijn interesse nog kenbaar te maken'. Ik kan me vinden in het feit dat op een bepaald moment de agenda vol zit, maar het kwam als verassing dat ik ook geen bod mocht uitbrengen ongezien. Deze zouden ze namelijk niet in behandeling nemen. Terwijl iedere makelaar verplicht is alle uitgebrachte biedingen te bespreken met de verkopende partij. In deze markt kun je ook niet perse altijd een bezichtiging krijgen en doormiddel van het verkrijgen van de bijbehorende documentatie en gegevens is er ook voldoende om tot een bod over te gaan. Echter, in case het hele verhaal nu maar laten zitten, maar als we het hebben over de belangen van de verkoper.. gaat het hier ergens mis vgm.

ST Makelaars hebben we als erg prettig ervaren. Deskundig en luisterend naar onze wensen. Ook de de mensen achter de schermen op kantoor schakelde snel en vriendelijk met ons. Een pluspunt dat de makelaar, Leonie, waarmee wij een gesprek hadden ook zelf de bezichtigingen doet allemaal.

Superslechte ervaring met Aylin Ince en Leonie Rutgers. Ik had om 15.00 uur gisteren een afspraak ingepland voor een bezichtiging. De afspraak werd per email bevestigd. Vervolgens stond ik voor de deur van de woning en werd er niet open gedaan. De makelaar kwam naar buiten en gaf aan dat de afspraak op een andere datum was ingepland, terwijl ik die afspraak nooit heb ingepland. Ze proberen hun eigen schuld en slordigheden in andermans schoenen te schuiven. De makelaar gaf aan: loop maar 2 minuten door de woning als je wil, ik heb geen tijd. Kortom: zeer onprofessioneel en arrogantie spat er van af.

Leonie van ST Makelaars heeft ons erg goed begeleid in het verkoopproces. Ze heeft heel veel kennis van de markt en is erg deskundig. Verder is de samenwerking ook heel fijn verlopen.

Prettig contact, flexibele opstelling. Iets meer advies of sturing t.a.v. de vraagprijs hadden wij prettig gevonden. Zou een volgende keer weer dezelfde makelaar benaderen.

Deskundige makelaar. Prijs-kwaliteit een lagere beoordeling omdat het voor de snelle doorlooptijd van een woning vandaag de dag, gewoon een flink bedrag is. Overigens gelijk bedrag als offertes van andere makelaars. Nauwkeurigheid van doorlopen documenten kan beter.

Goede kennis van de markt en snel ingespeeld op het ontstane probleem met terugtrekking van kopers.

Mr. Postema visited regarding the sale of our house, the conversation was good, neat, and trustworthy, and he is familiar with Milsbeek. The day after, we received the offer, which I found quite high. He was moderately 0.7 to 0.9% more expensive than other well-known real estate agents. We had a few email exchanges about the price, and then he came up with all sorts of excuses about this and that. He wanted to drop 0.3%. I sent him a neat email a few days later stating that we were declining his proposal, and have yet to receive a response, and it's almost been a week now. That explains enough in my eyes that he only thinks about his own bank account and not the seller’s, while during his visit he said and promised entirely different things. You can buy positive reviews, Derk, but not negative ones; after all, you are not selling potatoes. I hope no one else falls for his sales talk.
