Zoon was drawn for a rental property. Entirely happy. 2 hours later phone call that the owner of the property wants to see it in order not to make any sale properties. Needed a few days to think about it. Fine. A week later but an email sent because we heard nothing. Needed a few more days extra. Also fine. Waiting again. Nothing more heard until today. Very bad. Don't put it on rent in advance if you don't know yet what you want to do with the property.

Maybe he was bullied as a child and is now selectively seeking revenge on people or didn't have proper upbringing. I am at least very relieved that I now have a home from another real estate agent

Very bad experience with this realtor. I was rudely told that he didn't want to schedule a viewing with me because I wanted to do the viewing for my son, who has a busy job and doesn't live nearby. We didn't even get to the point of making an appointment back then. When I indicated that I wanted to do the viewing for my son, you already stated in a rather unpleasant way that you didn't want to schedule a viewing with me because my son couldn't be there himself. Fortunately, we were able to view a very beautiful house shortly after with a realtor who had no problem with it at all. My son bought that property unseen.........

Annoying phone call with this realtor. He didn't want to schedule a viewing because my wife didn't have time and I wanted to come alone. 'That doesn't make sense' he said bluntly. Skips potential buyers because he himself doesn't feel like it. This can therefore turn out very negatively if you put your house for sale through this realtor. Edit 26-07-2025 The reaction was annoying because there was indeed time for a viewing and it could be scheduled. But you only refused after it became clear that I would come alone. Furthermore, I doubt whether you even remember which property we are talking about 1 year after the date. So indicating 25 viewings is also strange.

Very strange way of doing business. Have you had a viewing? Everything can be arranged 'as soon as possible', we were told. Then you hear nothing more from them. We had to contact them multiple times ourselves, and always coincidentally spoke with the landlord. They promise to send an email or call back. I'm still waiting after 1 month. They promise a lot but deliver nothing! Not impressed with this real estate agent.

Very rude on the phone after an unclear email from their side. Viewing an apartment with a surface area of 30m2 with 15 people is no problem during these corona times for the real estate agent in his BMW M5 show-off car. Not responsive, especially during the transfer. They show up at the last minute, cause a lot of problems and hold the full deposit without returning it. The published photos and mentioned facilities differ strongly from reality. Absolutely not recommended.

Mr. Braam has a way of adding mediation fees/service charges of approximately 200 euros to new tenants after signing the lease agreement. Do NOT fall for this! There is a legal prohibition on mediation fees in case of two-sided mediation, regardless of how the agent presents it on the invoice. We were present at the handover of various apartments with six new tenants, and this man had the audacity to present us all with an invoice containing these costs. In total, 1200 euros for Mr. Braam to put in his pocket. Eventually, we all decided together not to pay, and after that, there was never anything else heard about it. Braam therefore knows very well that this is not allowed. Furthermore, during the handover of the apartment, I had to insist several times on noting down things that still needed to be repaired or adjusted as agreed with the landlord. The points I mentioned were initially simply waved away or brushed aside, and only when I refused to sign did they make notes in the handover contract. The only positive thing I take from my experience with Braam is that I have learned what to look out for when dealing with a new agent, and what rights I as a tenant have. Good luck if you want to get involved with this man.

Mr. has asked multiple times if I would like to adjust or remove this review. So here is my adjustment. For the rental, everything actually went quite smoothly. However, when we moved and had to handle all the rest, my partner had to wait 3-4 weeks for a response. Mr. never responded to my phone calls. However, I did receive an immediate response after placing the initial review. In addition, statements were made that were never followed up on. This form of communication has had more value and impact for me and caused much more stress than the process before we went to rent. My request, therefore, to Mr., not to ask me anymore to remove my review.
