From the very first contact to the final details, we were charmed by the friendly, down-to-earth and professional communication. With this real estate agent, no extra costs for a photographer and such things. The photos, videos, and floor plans are created by them themselves and are certainly as good as other, more expensive photographers. A timeline was also outlined in advance, which they adhered to perfectly. And last but not least: the best price. The only pity is that I didn't know them when selling my previous house.

Viewing took place, very honest information. Ultimately didn't take this house but this realtor is truly a breath of fresh air compared to what I have experienced elsewhere!

Very professional, all appointments are meticulously followed up on. No effort is too much. The fact that everything always had to be communicated to 3 different people and therefore 3 email addresses was not a problem at all. This was also the reason we chose Klinkers makelaardij for the second time. Furthermore, excellent price-quality ratio. Hats off!

No realistic appraisal. During the visit, one thing was said about the value of the house and compared to houses sold more than two years ago. Insufficient research was done on the value of comparable homes that are currently being sold. Almost identical to the last appraisal report I provided them. In short, if you can find another real estate agent who can appraise your home, choose that one instead of Klinkers.

The lady clearly indicated who she worked for. Didn't even introduce herself upon entering, also just sent the appraisal report to 1 person and not as agreed to both. So not recommended.
